Worst experience ever. Ordered from the kiosk because they’re not taking orders on the counter, I’ve waited over 30 minutes and they never called out my order so I went to the counter to get there attention however the employees where just ignoring everyone was waiting there for a other 30 minutes I finally got someone’s attention and she was rude about it and never apologize. I witnessed the rude employee ignore a customer and when the customer tried to get there attention the employee threatened to call the cops on the customer. The customer did not do anything wrong and was being ignored like we where and was threatened to have the cops called on her. Worst experience ever the employees need proper training and should not be working in customer service with there bad manners. Never going to this location ever.

Before you read this, please understand I was the only person in the drive-thru. The food was good, but the young lady working the drive-through was very impatient and not very nice. I decided to walk in to get someone else to help me with my order. Without the hot sauce, it’s a 2. Perfectly edible. Not expensive. Tasty with the hot sauce. I liked some of the older menu items like the encharito. No hot sauce needed. The staff is always pleasant. I asked for “fire” received “hot. ” small error that was forgivable. The wrapping of everything is kinda sloppy making everything a bit floppy. But the flavors are there.

Please be advised that this location is Dirty and there customer services is trash. I ordered breakfast, received my Non wrapped up breakfast, but breakfast thrown in the bag. I showed the guy at the window and he said and I quote “Oh we can wrap it up for you, but we can’t make you anything fresh” WHAT?! I clearly didn’t as for anything to be remade. I just wanted my food in it’s supposed original package. You would think considering that this is not Authentic Mexican food that the service would be better… However, the service, The restaurant and there staff at this location is GARBAGE!

My husband and I have lived around here for yrs and this tacobell has always had excellent food. We recently moved towards Denton/Savanna area and the taco bells around there taste terrible and horrific service. We made a special trip to this location today and it did not disappoint. Keep up the great work to everyone working this location. We will miss it lol.

Spotlessly clean. Food was tasty and order was correct. We ordered lunch for 2, and waited 15 minutes for the food. People who came in after us ordered and got food before us. That was frustrating. Otherwise good stuff.

I came on a night when they were highly understaffed; a gentleman named Jose R was very kind and respectful despite the high-strung situation. This man deserves a raise and recognition. It’s service like his that make people come back. People notice….even when you think they don’t.

Been to this location a few times. They’ve always gotten my order right and in a timely manner. Never had to wait more than expected. Food has always been the same and this location has the Pizza Hut – the breadsticks are a hit with the kids.
