Taco Bell at 1210 Memorial Dr in Fate delivers what you expect when you need something quick and consistent. The drive-thru moves fast and the staff stays friendly even during busy hours. Orders come out accurate most of the time. The food tastes fresh enough for a late-night or after-work stop.
The dining area stays reasonably clean. Sauce packets and napkins stay stocked. It feels well run.
One thing to note. Some items run light on filling depending on who is working. You get better results when you ask for them to make it heavier. It helps to check your order before you drive off.

Maddie in the drive-thru is an absolute gem—such an adorable personality! She’s always patient, soft-spoken, and makes the whole experience pleasant. Honestly, customer service like hers stands out. I can’t speak for everyone else, but since living in the Fate area, she’s been one of the highlights whenever I swing by.
And while I’m at it, shoutout to the Taco Bell here too—it’s been consistently solid. Orders come out right, food’s fresh, and the staff actually seem like they care. It’s rare to find fast food spots where you leave with your food and a smile, but Taco Bell manages to pull it off. Though… ya’ll need to bring the chicken tenders and fries back!!! Big thanks to Maddie and the team for making late-night cravings worth the drive!

New location is eventually gonna get up to speed. I really didn’t have any negative, but they did fold a bean burrito the wrong way so no big deal. A little too much sauce on the chicken quesadilla and I needed a few more napkins to clean my hands. The food is good and I really enjoyed the crunchy beef tacos. Mexican Pizza would have been nice. The drive thru was pretty fast and the associates were in good spirit. Recommend!

My experience was terrible! The drive-through Was a 45 minute wait. After being told, I couldn’t use my Taco Bell rewards inside because they couldn’t figure out how to check me in from that end. Extremely unorganized I asked for extra fire sauce, three times. And when I get my order, there’s no sauce’ . Definitely needs new management. And a course on customer service! Absolutely deplorable

My family ordered some nachos bell grande and expected the nacho cheese to reach the bottom chips. Not a big deal but her request was ignored. There was an Oriental/Philippines? looking gal, that I knew from another TB. Always has a cold unwelcoming nature there. She looked at us the whole time we were there and whispered to her coworkers. Very disturbing to my party. Maybe she knows I do reviews. Unprofessional in my opinion, one should keep their personal feelings out of work. Probably got a bad review. before.

I don’t understand what it is with you guys and the nacho cheese?? Most Taco Bell’s short on it but this is by far the worst. The reason I order extra because I know they only fill it half full but 1/4 full and charge for it?? I understand making return on food items but seriously and the potatoes are also hit or miss on freshness the cheese could help cover that up but no we don’t even want to give you what you pay for. Just stop charging more and giving less!!

I ordered ahead on the app and still waited over 15 minutes inside while they made the food. There wasn’t very many customers in there so there was no reason that it should take THAT long. Then to top it off, they forgot the avocado salsa stuff that is supposed to come with my meal. The food was really good, I will give them that, but they are extremely slow so I won’t go to this location anymore.

2nd time in 2 weeks they forgot our 2nd online order. Completely shameful. Call them and they say there is nothing they can do over the phone. Just as bad as the McDonald’s in fate when there always missing half your online order.

I know y’all wanna keep your window times down to a minimum, but if you’re dangling my bag out the window already as I drive up and practically shutting the window in my face as I grab the food from your hand, you might wanna make sure everything I ordered was actually in the bag.
