Our server Jay was (is) fantastic! Very helpful, insightful when we needed something. Guacamole is great but the Birra tacos (or the quesadillas) are great… my beautiful wife could drink the consume! A definite great stop downtown Fargo. Sorry about the half eaten food…, way too excited to take pictures before we ate.

I have always been a fan of birria tacos. Like you can’t really go wrong choosing birria. I travel for work, so I like to try out new restaurants. I had gotten 2 orders of birria tacos from this place for my boyfriend and I, but I was so disappointed when I received my order. The tacos were so dry and there was pretty much nothing on it. Just the meat and tortillas. I had called the place right when I got to my place to let them know what I received. Manager was not present initially. So I had given them time to reach back. I requested a refund cause the tacos they presented, was not worth ~$17. The server, Libby, said they could not do much, which I totally understand, just remake the tacos, and said she would let the manager/owner know. I had to call them again to speak with a manager later in the evening. When I finally got to talk to the manager, Pablo, I told him the whole situation, but couldn’t do much either as with the server. I couldn’t express enough disappointment with their food and customer service.

My boyfriend and I are new to the Fargo area and have been craving Mexican food. We heard about Las Palmas through a friend, and it’s safe to say we were not disappointed when we went. We ordered the Texas Fajitas, a mouth watering mix of grilled chicken, steak, and shrimp, with bell peppers and onions, and the Seafood Al Fuego, a mix of tilapia and shrimp, beautifully seasoned. For drinks my boyfriend ordered a peach-berry mule and I ordered a horchata, both of which were delicious. They had great cocktails and amazing mocktails options. It’s safe to say the food didn’t last much longer than it took to take the pictures of it! We will definitely be going back!

Awesome food! Their meats cut with a fork and everything is flavored to perfection. Hot chips come out right away along with a delicious salsa. Very modern yet relaxing atmosphere. I highly recommend this fine establishment.

Update: Still love this place. The only thing this last time was that my mezcalita was only about halfway full. The food was still so great. Deep savory flavors.
The place is very clean, modern and simple. It’s a great location. Best margarita I’ve had in a long time. Salsa is really good, hint of sweetness then the heat comes. The food is just as good. The service was very friendly. We went going to be able to see the Holiday light parade. We were and the over actually opened up the windows and let everyone in there watch from the balcony. This will be one of our regular spots.

While it is fairly new, this is going to become one of my favorite places very quickly. Happy hour margarita specials are outstanding and the food is even better. I had the Enchiladas Suprema (spelling?) and they were some of the best I’ve ever had. The tres leches cake is also top notch!

Friendly, prompt service. Acknowledged us very soon after we got to our table. The atmosphere was crisp, clean and upbeat. We ordered off of the lunch menu. I had the chimi meal which was fantastic. The flavors were outstanding.

Great spot on the second floor with walls that open up—perfect for soaking in summer days. The service was fast, and the food and drinks were solid overall. They offer a happy hour menu with both food and drink specials, which is a nice bonus.
The spicy margarita seems to get a lot of love, but I personally thought it was just okay. Everything else we ordered hit the mark though—worth checking out if you’re in the area!

Well, the place was way smaller than we expected . The food was good, nothing spectacular. Margarita was a bit sweet, and the salted rim could have been better. Guac was great! 15 min to ge the order placed. One thing they could work on is just simply getting the food out while it is still hot
