Drive thru takes forever, I ordered/paid ahead through the app so I stayed, but ridiculous. Literally waited 10mins at the speaker, just to tell them I have a mobile order. Also, they are always out of something from the menu. This is no matter the time of day and the manager locks the doors during the day, so you can’t go inside. They make you back up to wait for your order & then pull back up when ready. Also when the do this, hang a trash bag with a metal bowl inside out the window and tap it on the ground. They can never get your order correct and have BAD attitudes.Go to a different location, not worth the hassle.

Food was fresh. If you order extra anything make sure they add it. I ordered extra beef on my power bowl and they only added the regular amount. When I asked about it they said that they had run out of beef. They could communicate a bit better but made up for it by adding more taco meat.

I’ve been here 3x and I’ve only been living here in Lancaster for 2wks and every single time I go here, there’s always an issue with my food. My first order which was online, took an extra 15mins wait at the window because the employees were to busy arguing in the drive thru window. 2nd time my order was completely wrong. And today my order was received with no hot sauce or utensils for my sides. So this place gets 1star and this will be my last time at this location.

The young lady working the drive thru, at the time I’m posting this. Is completely disrespectful, and does not care about the service provided. She used profanity and carried herself with no professionalism. I do not recommend any individual come to this Taco Bell, fore she confidently believes she has nothing to lose at this job. She blatantly gave me the wrong items I ordered. If management does nothing about it, it goes to show they are there just for the money and not the service they provide.

This is the worst Taco Bell ever. I always have problems when I go here. 3 different times I’ve been in the long drive thru line, always around 1am, and was told “we are only taking Door Dash right now”. At that point there’s always 3-6 cars behind and in front of me and I can’t move. Sometimes when it’s time to pick up your order, there tell you to pull forward so they can stop the timer and make it look like a shorter wait time but you’ll be there over 30 minutes longer. Sometimes tell you the computers are down and they can’t take any orders.

If I could give them less than a star I would. My card was hacked and used at this location and they would not answer their phone so I could stop the order when it was being made. I tried for an hour after the situation to get ahold of them and they still would not answer.

I stood at the counter for ten minutes, employee’s and management both saw me standing there, but no one of them even acknowledged me at all. A cook came over to me and said I would have to order off their kiosk. It took some time trying to figure out how to use it and place my order. I watched the cook grill my burrito and he dropped it on the floor, he bent over to pick it up and saw me watching him, so they made a new one. This is by far the worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been too. Yall need new management and better customer service.

I asked for a breakfast number 11 which is a bacon crunch wrap with 2 Cinnabons and a coffee. They gave me the grande burrito at first and I had to go back. Then they put potatoes and tomatoes on my crunch wrap when it’s egg cheese bacon and hash brown. I didn’t want the creamy jalapeño sauce and that’s the only thing he did right. I had to go back around to tell them how to properly make it and take the potatoes and tomatoes out. When have you ever heard of tomatoes being in a breakfast item. So then I go back and I’m like sir it’s just egg bacon hash brown and cheese. He puts nacho cheese sausage egg and hash brown????? Can you not follow simple orders I even told you exactly what comes in it

Ordered 6 burritos and there was maybe a spoonful of beef and beans inside . Plus the flour shells were cold. We ordered in drive thru and pulled over in the parking lot to eat. The food there used to be good. Lately has been terrible.
