I had such a great experience today thanks to Miss Jackie! She handed me the food for the delivery with the biggest smile and the kind of positive energy that instantly brightens my night. Even though it was a fast‑food stop, she made the interaction feel warm and personal. My order was correct, the service was quick, and her good spirits made the whole visit stand out. The food was hot and good!! Thank you Miss Jackie

Yes,I know the reputation. But for quick bite for under 10 dollars per person. The combo meals let you swap almost anything!! I love the Baja Frozen Blast, for the caffeine and taste.

Jackie was the person at the window to assisted me and she was absolutely amazing! Added sprinkles to my kiddos freeze when it didn’t even come with them! She was very kind and read back my order to make sure everything was right!

Ms. Jackie is always a 10/10! I honestly don’t know how they would survive without her. She’s so sweet when me and my family come in and always makes sure we have everything that we need.

I am outraged by the treatment I received when picking up my online order. I placed an order through your website for an online exclusive and went to the drive-thru to collect it. The drive-thru was empty, but instead of serving me like every other customer, the employee told me to pull up to the front door so the drive-thru camera wouldn’t show a car waiting.
I waited outside for 15 minutes while two other cars came through the drive-thru, picked up their orders immediately, and left. The store was not busy, so there is no excuse. This was blatant mistreatment, and I have every reason to believe it was racially motivated since the employee chose to single me out while serving others promptly.
I will not tolerate being discriminated against and disrespected in this way. This is completely unacceptable. I expect a formal investigation into this incident, disciplinary action against the employee, and a clear explanation of how you will prevent this from happening again. I also expect compensation for the way I was treated.
If this matter is ignored, I will escalate it further by filing complaints with corporate, consumer protection agencies, and sharing this experience publicly.
You need to take this seriously.

I wouldn’t know how to review the food because we never got it. I placed a simple order at 10pm (10/3/25) to accommodate our vegetarian restrictions. We made minor changes to the order to make them vegetarian and we could hear a women complaining about the order on the line….we left without getting the food to avoid getting risked getting spit on our food. Worst service ever, would never recommend. Screw that lady talking shit in the back! You missed out on a fat tip.

Using self-checkout at Taco Bell epitomizes poor customer service and reflects lazy work ethic. Firstly, Taco Bell prides itself on its quick-service model, yet self-checkout adds an unnecessary layer of complexity. Customers must navigate the system themselves, often leading to confusion and frustration, especially for those less tech-savvy. This detracts from the efficiency Taco Bell aims to achieve. Moreover, self-checkout undermines the human element of customer service. Interactions with staff allow for personalization, empathy, and the opportunity to address any specific needs or concerns. By relegating customers to machines, Taco Bell fails to prioritize their experience and diminishes the chance for positive engagement. Additionally, self-checkout can lead to increased errors and delays. Without a dedicated staff member overseeing transactions, issues like payment failures or incorrect orders may go unnoticed, resulting in dissatisfaction among customers. Furthermore, implementing self-checkout reflects a lazy work culture. Instead of investing in sufficient staff training and ensuring a smooth operational process, Taco Bell opts for a shortcut that places the burden on customers. This suggests a lack of commitment to providing quality service and an unwillingness to invest in employee development. Overall, relying on self-checkout at Taco Bell not only hinders the customer experience but also signifies a disregard for customer satisfaction and a complacent attitude towards work standards.

I ordered through the drive thru. 3 crunchy tacos with just meat only. Guess what it had cheese on it. My grandson doesn’t eat cheese . I don’t understand why you can’t get your food like you order it. After all you are paying for it. People do have allergic reactions to a lot of things. Need to be more careful it was a waste of money.
