I eat at Taco Bell often around Dallas. This location or the workers use old food and are stingy with the ingredients. Ordered the crunch wrap and the hard taco shell inside had a lotion like taste to it. They definitely used an old taco shell. Food safety is a concern here.
Service at the drive-thru was very slow too and the guy at the window was busy on his phone.

I ordered a slow roasted chicken cheesy dipping burritos, and they’re no where near what the image shows. It’s poorly wrapped, basically nothing inside, and just a sad looking burrito. My partner ordered a grilled cheese burrito, and the cheese is completely burnt. I’ve never been this disappointed in a Taco Bell meal.

I had a very disappointing experience with the staff pictured. Their attitude was extremely unprofessional and unpleasant. When I simply asked for a water cup, I was charged for a fountain drink instead. This kind of behavior reflects very poor customer service and a lack of basic interpersonal skills.

I cant believe how bad this place is. I went to get some tacos and some quesadillas and the quesadillas barely had any chicken in them. I had half of the whole tortilla was empty and barely had any chicken. The tacos had no meat!!!! There was barely anything!!! What is happening to this place??? I dont go often to taco bell but ive been here about 4 times now since its around where i live and everytime its just so bad. There customer service isnt bad, nothing to do with that but the food is always missing. This place need training on how to serve the food in my opinion. Sometimes it feels like im just paying for tortillas of all sorts with nothing else.

I usually like Taco Bell, but this location really let me down. The tacos barely had any meat, and the quesadillas were practically empty just a thin layer of cheese and tortilla. Everything tasted rushed and low effort. Definitely not worth the money. I hope management takes a look at the portions and quality because this place could be so much better.

I used to like this Taco Bell and have been coming here for a long while BUT the last time I went, I found out you have to pay for getting water in a cup! I just also saw a lot of other reviews mention this. That’s ridiculous and absolutely not okay. Don’t think I will be stopping by this location again unless they change that policy. Also their soda machine was completely broken and by some of the more recent reviews, it looks like that has been an ongoing issue too.

Atmosphere isn’t really what you go to Taco Bell for. Service was and has generally been nice. Never had a long wait and food was of typically Taco Bell quality. No complaints.

I really enjoy going to Taco Bell when the chance, but this visit was just outright horrible. Firstly, they were out of Baja Blast, which is for me, and for many I presume, a main reason to going to Taco Bell. The soda machine in the lobby didn’t work, and the staff looked very unorganized and uninterested in acknowledging or helping me (maybe because of low staff). The lobby was also a bit of a mess, with the tables being rather sticky and having leftover crumbs of food. The final kick was when ordering at a kiosk for a Mexican pizza, only to be told that it wasn’t available and, get this, after paying for the whole damn thing. Ended up getting a beef chalupa, but honestly, first and last time I come to this place. 0/10, do not recommend at all.

I used to go to Taco Bell as a kid and order up a storm for cheap. Now I go and everything on the menu is over $10. Same as any other restaurant price. I got 1 beef taco, 1 chicken quesadilla, and a drink and my total is $9.52. Taco Bell has officially lost the sauce. When did they start thinking of themselves as some real restaurant and not a glorified fast food place. Sad…won’t be back. Price to food value is outrageous.
