While visiting from out of town, I came here with a friend and a couple of her classmates for lunch. I got the Tofu Teriyaki lunch special and I was pleasantly surprised by the portion sizes. I got salad, rice, dumplings, sushi rolls, tofu, and veggies. Everything was well prepared and tasted great. The pricing is phenomenal and staff were friendly while I shamefully asked for silverware. I’m trying to improve on my chopstick skills FWIW. 5 stars from me!

This is by far the worst restaurant I ever visited. They try to make it seem nice with cheap dim lighting and cheap furniture. The cashier (lady) was very rude, unprofessional and not very much help. I am a person of color and I hate to pull this card but I felt very much discriminated because she was very nice talkative and eager to people of non color. The food is terrible. If you want hibachi this is not the place to go because when you ask for hibachi they give you something completely different… it taste nothing like hibachi and the sushi tastes like you could Buy the same brand at wegmans or price rite. Not a good atmosphere for a date very small area and with a long line you won’t be able to enjoy your food I usually don’t leave reviews but the lady had me very disappointed when I asked to buy some yum yum sauce and the lady yelled at me I was very polite the whole time because I have manners but this lady and the chef made the Easter dinner experience horrible . I’d rate this place a zero if I could bro I swear. Very watery food , bland chicken, more veggies than meat , they don’t serve fried rice. They don’t give you much rice, the list goes on I shouldn’t have to come home and season food I paid for. I ate at over 22 hibachi places on the east coast and this one ain’t it.

Thank you for your fast delivery. We ordered chicken teriyaki, Yaki soba with shrimp and Philadelphia roll, and an additional 2 rice, everything was incredibly tasty, except for shrimp (very few, only 4 pieces, but it tastes hard and dry)

They had really good Nabe Yaki Udon noodles with shrimp tempura and spicy mayo the lobster roll is excellent.
I order delivery but dine in is always best from the restaurant it’s usually under 30, hot, and always good quality. The salad is always fresh, the miso is delicious. I’ve had chicken yakitori, gyoza, teriyaki chicken, and a few other types of ramen.

Idk if it was just because i was astoundingly hungry, or maybe it’s just been so long since I’ve had good sushi (i previously lived in Kansas where good fresh sushi is very hard to find,) but I got the three rolls lunch special which I shared with my brother and we both started immediately crying from how delicious it was. Will definitely be coming back as often as we can. Thank you for making my day, I feel very nourished and satisfied like the main ingredient was God’s Love

Legitimately the best sushi I’ve ever had. I got two rolls and my wife got chicken katsu and miso soup. The entire meal was less than 50 dollars after tax (before tip), and I was stuffed to the brim and had leftovers! The owner was the one who served us and she was lovely. We’d been working all day and just wanted a late bite to eat. This was the only place open that seemed even remotely appetizing so we tried it out and I’m glad we did. Now in my top 5 favorite restaurants in Syracuse.
Great service, amazing food, and the atmosphere reminded me of a small place in NYC. Loved every second of it.

Love this place. Best spot for sushi never ate there only take out but if your in the area and want sushi this is it. Plenty enough seats there. Blue monkey used to have my heart but they changed for whatever reason so Oishi is my go to. Is it’s up 3 sets of stairs though not sure if there’s an elevator.
Chicken katsu is 10/10 bento or just with rice
