Got a few hot dogs and drinks and chilling. Owner was very welcoming and friendly . Hot dog prices is something you cant beat in this economy. The chilli was the best chilli I had in a while.

Lennys still delish! Had my hot dog with pepper hash. And a fishcake. Just as I remember from my youth. Check this place out!

I was a Mount Airy, Wadsworth Avenue ‘client’ as a toddler and into my youth. ALWAYS my favorite dog. When i found the Trevose location (and later the Ewing location by the same owner but a different name and w/ the relish-hash) i had to try it and was glad i did.
I am told that i had more birthday parties at Lenny’s (on Wadsworth Ave) then anywhere else.

Going back for more. I’ve been in Bucks County for awhile and always looking for a great place to get a Hot Dog. This place is a Gem! Check out the dogs in the Menu, you won’t be disappointed. I submitted this review on a Sunday.

I’ve passed by many times, and finally decided to stop in for a bite. I ordered the Philly dog which comes with cheese, ketchup, and sweet pepper hash. 4 stars for the pepper hash alone. Not the cleanest place (window service only at the moment), but food is decent! I’d come back just to buy some pepper hash.

I’ve been going to Lenny’s for years. I ordered an Italian sausage with onions. It was good! The weather wasn’t great, but it was nice enough to sit outside. There are no tables inside anymore and no bathroom. I like other items on their menu as well, like fish cakes and hot sausage. I’m not a fan of the hash, but lots of people order it. Lenny’s stopped credit cards which is an inconvenience, but it won’t stop me from going. It’s one of my favorite places!

Stopped in after a few years to grab a hot sausage and was wildly disappointed.
I asked if they had a beef hot sausage, like the D&W ones, and was told yes. I received a hot Italian sausage instead; no issue as I like them too.
Laying on top of the sausage, which we will talk about later, was an unmelted, cold slice of American cheese and the mushy, just about warm fried onions. The texture of the onions lead me to believe these are being reheated in the microwave. Now, I cannot confirm how anything in this place is “cooked”, as they do not allow entry into the restaurant, but I am assuming a lot of microwaving. The sausage had no marks on the casing and had more of a boiled appearance. I feel it would be really odd to boil Italian sausage so, for my own benefit, I’m going with undetermined on that. The unknown sausage preparation wouldn’t have been much of a problem if the sausage was cooked throughout and not cold in the center. Adding in the sausage was about 1/3 shorter than the subpar roll it was served in made this a really bad experience. After about 3 difficult bites I tossed this creation in the trash can, conveniently located next to the ordering window.
I really want to forget the image of that sad, cold, plastic looking cheese just perched on top of this thing. LOL…
Some good things:
The lady working the counter was super cheerful and pleasant.
The dog running around the inside of the restaurant seemed happy and well cared for.
The bottled water was cold.

Have been here a number of times, it would always do the job when I wanted a hotdog. Came through on Wednesday and got two hotdogs with ketchup. After taking a few bites, noticed there were little white maggots crawling in the ketchup. Instantly threw up. Never coming back here

Stopped by for a quick bite here at Lenny’s for the first time. The lady was super nice and explained questions I had. I ordered the Philly a dog, which was a hotdog with cheese and cooked onions. it didn’t live up to my expectations, unfortunately. The hotdog was small, the sliced American cheese wasn’t melted, and the onions needs to be fried more to be considered “Philly”. I was hoping for either a longer or more plump hotdog but it was small, not even bun length. All this for a price of $3.50, added a bottle water and it came up to $5. You cannot enter the building. They have a window outside where you order and pick up food. There is a couple places to sit and eat, but I chose to eat in my vehicle instead.

I stumbled upon Lenny’s hot dogs and sadly was thoroughly disappointed. Before I write this review, understand that I’m no stranger to a good hot dog stand. I even once went on a “hot dog pilgrimage.” Lenny’s was so far from any good place I’ve EVER been to. First off, when I walked into the store, it smelled oh so pleasantly of stale cigarettes. Although disgusting, I didn’t let it phase me. I order a hot dog and a crab cake sandwich. I watch as the employee takes a crab cake out of a box from the freezer and PUTS IT IN THE MICROWAVE!!!!! I don’t know about you, but I don’t get take out to eat microwaved frozen food. Okay, okay…. this is a hot dog place. Maybe I’m a dummy for ordering a crab cake sandwich. But then I get my hot dog and it is COLD. Room temperature would have been a generous description of its temperature. This dog was not freshly cooked. I wasn’t expecting anything amazing but I did expect a HOT hot dog. Will never return and will warn everyone I know about this place. Total garbage!
