The lady who I believe was the manager on shift tonight 02/03 at 7pm has absolutely no business being in her position. I ordered an item off of the “luxe” menu which was made entirely wrong. It is a stacker and it didn’t even have but 4 shreds of cheese, which according to the app is one of the main ingredients. When asking them to remake the order the person who I believe was the manager tried to insult me by saying “it’s just a dollar I don’t know what you were expecting”. Maybe the order I paid for? ($3 by the way but I get it) She then proceeded to make a new one with even less. It had one cube of chicken and zero cheese. Literally just tomatoes and sauce…
Not to mention the employee working the window looked entirely uncomfortable telling the person in charge of the issue, leading me to believe it is an extremely tense and hostile work environment. I wouldn’t be surprised judging how they talk to customers. Props to the girl at the window for being nice and helpful. (Pictured below is the first stacker so imagine the second one )

I have visited the 936 W Sheridan Taco Bell in Oklahoma City twice in the past two weeks. In both situations, the food and speed of order preparation were great. But what impressed me the most was, on both occasions, the friendliness of drive through operator, Monique. Monique greeted me with a big smile and friendly conversation on both occasions. She remembered my name from my visit last week. While the overall experience was great on both occasions, my reception by Monique, really impressed me and makes me want to visit this Taco Bell again. 3 drivers went to this location at 11a today and stood at door until being told they wouldn’t open the store until 5 employees arrive. So Taco Bell lost 3 customers because these guys only have 30 minutes and to be turned away after operation hours should have begun is a shame. Do better Taco Bell

Ordered two quesaritos and they gave me two sorry filled beefy five layer burritos. They had no customers ; can’t blame the rush. Person took my card gave my bag quickly. Get a regional manager out to that place asap.

Pretty typical visit for the Bell. Food was not bad. Staff did their job with nothing special to note. Went through the drive-through. Food was correct and napkins in the bag, all a plus. I will visit this location again.

Homeless all around inside and outside. Using the bathroom in the parking lot. Got accosted on the way inside there was a security officer but he was sitting down inside so made me feel real safe.
