I Ordered A Mobile Order, When I Arrived I Wasn’t Able To Check In. I Press The Button & Was Informed They Couldn’t Find My Order & Go Through The Drive Thru. I Showed Her My Receipt & They Still Made My Food Completely Wrong Trying To Rush Make It. I Ordered 2 Double Combos; Received Singles On Both. One Of The Suppose Doubles Was A Completely Different Sandwich. My Lemonberry Slush Was A Mango Slush With A Lemon In It. This My Second Time At This Location & Both Times They Have Gotten My Order Wrong. I Would Not Be Back To This Location. They Either Need To Restaff Or Retrain This Is Unacceptable

They got our order incorrect, when we let them know they so they could fix our order they gave us the incorrect order again. 30 minutes later from initially order they still had to put in the correct order. Ended up leaving without all our food because we were then running late for an event. Also both drinks ordered were pretty much undrinkable and tasted dirty

Didn’t get order correctly so I drove back on lunch. Just to pay for what I ordered in the first place. Then after I was sold the extra tender I needed. To make a five piece one was raw. Plus the tator tots were still watery frozen taste inside. Food was horrible won’t go back ever again

I rarely visit sonic but wanted to take my kids out for a treat yesterday 11/22/25. I ordered two bubble slushies after finding out about them on your website under deals & it stated $1.99 each plus tax. I repeated my order multiple times as it seemed there was distractions from chatting and was told to pull around without a total, upon getting to the window I was told the total would be $7.17
I asked the cashier how much are they because your website says 1.99 plus tax and I purchased 2. She tried to say “oh that’s the happy hour price I’m sure” I said it’s not and showed her then she says well you have to download the app & order it. Again I’m
Not a frequent customer of sonic so I’m unfamiliar with the pricing differences. Because I’m in line with other customers I just said whatever and paid.
Upon waiting I discovered there was no need to download an app and the site allows you to order and the total for my exact order of 2 green apple bubble slushies WITH tax was only $4.34 … after paying $7.17 !!!
I had to ask for my receipt in which I saw I was rung up for 2 medium green apple slushes and charged once for $1 for blue raspberry boba. ????
I feel I was not given the best service nor pricing & false advertising. And also feel that I should receive a complimentary gift card to have a better experience as this was not great service at all.

Just had the most bizarre experience here… We pulled into a stall and hit the call button to order, but the person over the intercom just hollered “I got you, just give me the money!” We were a bit startled so I said “I’m sorry?” And they just came back with “Just come through the drive though.”
On a scale from 1 to c***ine, we weren’t sure what we were about to get with our coneys when we, as requested, gave her the money, so we left. Just so strange. Not recommending this one, sorry.

It’s by far the worst Sonic I have ever been to, and it’s not particularly close. I’ve been there twice within the last few months. Same experience both times. Takes several minutes to even place an order, then both times my order took over 25 minutes to get to me, and the food was terrible the last time I went. People were having to go knock on the door to ask what was going on because their food was so late. Mind you – there were only 3-4 cars there. Just ridiculous.

The black lady in the drive through today needs an attitude change. She was disrespectful and rude to my husband while he was trying to order, kept interrupting him and even told him to hurry up and order after she silenced him twice. Absolutely ridiculous. No wonder why they have 1,400 reviews and only 2.9 stars. Disgusting behavior.

Usually great choice if you’re pressed for time… However last two times I’ve come here for lunch they seemed like they just had no idea what was going on and how to even work the machines. My drink that I ordered fell out of my hand due to the lid not properly being secured… It’s just an accumulation of several small little things that make coming back here less and less probable.
