Have been going to this particular location for over 20 years, and generally it’s been great. I hope today was an exception. The person working the drive thru was somewhat aloof, but I can look past that. When I got home, I realized I didn’t receive my full order, plus we only received three hot sauces for six tacos. I know you’re trying to save money by limiting sauces, but that seems a little extreme.

Stopped by on my way home from work, and was shocked by how great the service was! Jeremiah was fantastic!! I’m a server myself, and his hospitality and energy was phenomenal. I couldn’t of had a better experience. He made genuine conversation while we waited for our food, and was attentive to our needs. He even suggested us the new Verde sauce which was very good.

I went to go grab food after I had got off work, and I had gotten confused when ordering bc two different people were talking to me through the headset and I could not understand them and I was trying to make out what they were saying and once I tried to say something one of the lady’s started yelling at me and expecting me to know what they were saying, eventually we got that handled and then i went up to the window just for the other lady to be extremely hateful and having a super uprofessional tone and smiling well doing like she enojoyed being rude to customer’s. I will not be returning, and the workers were so rude, and they need to be taught manners

got this super sad crunchwrap today. asked for no tomatoes and granted, got no tomatoes, also got no cheese. i was unaware of the no cheese until halfway into the crunchwrap, realizing there was in fact not a pocket of cheese at the bottom. had miniscule amount of meat and was half full at that, so i can’t even tell whether this was a full scoop of meat or not honestly (coming from someone who has worked at a taco place). it was subpar, thin, and the crunchy tortilla was stale. i also got potatoes and a taco and a drink and those were fine but this is simply a very sad crunchwrap.

Everytime I come to this location, it has always been good and fresh, if not, they would correct it quickly with no issues. Employees are always so nice here. And the food is usually made correctly with the right portions, not skimpy like other locations. Once had less than half a scoop of meat on my meat and chz crunchy tacoat other locations… Ridiculous! We pretty much pay with an arm and a leg nowadays and they almost always get it right here. Thank you and the crew

Why is it called a Luxe “box” if it NEVER comes in a box? And when you ask it’s like you are speaking a foreign language. A box is helpful when you are getting multiple meals and need them separated. So frustrating.

Worst location I’ve been to yet! quarter filled cheese cups… the tacos were hardly filled as well. The lady at the front acted like she hated her job as well. Won’t be going back to this location I’ll stick to the 2nd and Bryant location..
