ordered through DoorDash and that was just half an hour ago Tuesday night July 1st.. I couldn’t tell you when they do got good food but I can definitely tell you when they don’t. 🙁 My premium chicken tater melt I was all excited to get that they brought back and got the T-Pain box with it and decided I’d try the soda swirl shake that they had on the menu and that turned out to be watered down like some cheap Italian soda barely tastes like watermelon definitely not sour and my chicken tater melt I’d absolutely no ranch on it The cheese looks like it was melted on hours ago it looks like it may have had a little bit of ranch before it said under heat lamp for hours not sure and it had one strip of premium bacon and then four little pathetic half pieces of cheap bacon from their cheap breakfast items.. One of the most disappointing meals I’ve had from there in a long time. The best part was the air freshener but the packaging told me not to eat it cuz apparently somebody must have. honestly, started to make a little bit more sense after I started eating my food.

Everytime I order something is always wrong with my order. I don’t understand why they keep hiring people who can’t do their job correctly and efficiently. I repeat my order 2 times and still get it wrong. I’m not paying you guys to purposely make my order wrong.

Was in line for more than 20 minutes just for my order to be wrong. Everytime I order the food is always given wrong. At this point I have to say I’m allergic so they actually pay attention. This hasn’t improved in months and I don’t think the store manager cares. Don’t go here.

I’m giving them one star because it won’t let me give less! The service is terrible. I’ve been waiting for over 20 minutes today to be served. I used DoorDash for a while, and if you go as a Dasher it’s even worse. They serve everyone who arrives and ignore those waiting for DoorDash!

Went through the drive thru just to be told they didn’t have Coke,OR Dr.Pepper or a few other drinks I got the sourdough Jack meal with curly fries and a drink i had to pull around front to wait for my order just to have my fries cold when I got them

Every time I come here, my food is either burnt or reheated an old oil, french fries curly fries tacos always so hard. It hurts to bite it. The employees are young and immature and rude. Definitely need to learn some customer service skills.

The food was great. The only problem that I had was that while trying to place my order at the drive thru, there was a language barrier, which made it impossible to understand what she was saying to me. I had to ask her to repeat herself more than 8 times. I finally just said, “I dont know what you are saying,” then repeated my order until it appeared correctly on the screen. Then I sat at the first window waiting for a cashier for a few minutes until I pulled up to the second window, at which time someone took my payment. Maybe the drive-thru isn’t the best place to put a worker who can not speak English clearly.

The hermiston jack in the box is the actual worst. First off you can never get whatever the promo item is here. I think they are incapable of making it or something. Also all you get at the drive thru speaker is ‘anything else? Anything else?’ Like for real if helping me is that much of an inconvenience McDonald’s is across the street
