This was just a mess. First of all there was one person ahead of me, only one. No one behind me in the drive through line, I pull up she acknowledged me and asked what I’d like. Two deluxe packs and a Gordita crunch no lettuce and a 5 layer burrito and hot sauce. I finished saying my order and the lady responds “ima need to go repeat that all” so I did. Without much question they then simply says “pull up” so I do, at the point dude in front of me is pulled up like 15ft past the drive through window (kinda weird but whatever) I realized she never asked me what I wanted to drink so as I got to the window I was going to say I wanted Baja blast for both drinks (included in the deluxe boxes) she opens the window and immediately hands me two dr peppers and I stop her and say “I was going to ask for Baja blast” she responds “we’re out of Baja blast” so I say “how about Sierra Mist or sprite” she says “out of those too” and I finish with “your going to be out of everything I ask for aren’t you” and she just hands me my receipt and says “please pull up” kinda in shock I just pull up and sit and wait for my food. When she brought my food out (same lady at the window) it’s all thrown into one giant kfc bag some of the food is fallen out of it’s wrapping. No words shared I drove back to work gave everyone their food and sat down to eat. Gordita man comes to me and then informs me they also messed his order up, admittedly I’ve never had a good experience with this store. But never really had a super bad one yet, this was trash service. Absolutely horrible. If I wasn’t so fat I’d never come back but I am, so I’ll be back. Definitely going to call HR if I figure out that lady’s name. Also I got no hot sauce.

My family pulled up to order at 10:40 on a Friday night (June, 3rd) after a double header ballgame and no one ever came over the speaker to take our order. We pulled up to the window and saw employees inside cleaning up but no one ever even looked in our direction. The hours posted state they close at 12:00 am. We knocked on the window and everyone disappeared out of sight. Tried called 3 times and no one answered the phone. It’s always like this at Taco Bell in Wynne! Worst service of any fast food place I’ve ever visited!
