You employee named Todd was extremely rude to me and my friend. He wouldnt let us make separate orders because “it was too late”. So we had to combine our order. It was only 3 things in total. He lied about being out of ingredients for some reason. We asked for the manager he said he was the manager. So we ask for the store manager’s name. He just kept repeating “she will be here in the morning” over and over and over again. I started recording him. After letting him know that he was being recorded, he finally told us the store manager’s name. The atmosphere was aggressive and unwelcoming. Todd also got our order wrong. I still dont understand why we weren’t allowed to place separate orders. That was odd. We were each paying for our own food. It wasnt like we were ordering the whole menu for 20 different people. We literally in total ordered 3 things.

This is the most sorriest experience I have ever had from this Taco Bell. Just lazy, why the heck is there a tomato in my melt? Food still cold not fresh, could tell it was microwaved because the whole thing was stuck to the wrapper. No seasoning on fries. Very disappointed and we were the only ones in the drive-thru like they could’ve been decent and made it fresh we would’ve waited…

I tried to order through the drive thru, but the automated system kept messing up. I went inside to make things easier. Apparently, the employees don’t know how to take an order. The only option to order in the building is to use the kiosk, which was filthy. I told employees and they refused to take my order.

The kids love this place. They ordered fiesta potatoes, Crunchwrap Supreme, and a burrito. To drink they ordered Baja Blast. Everything was cooked as perfect as expected from Taco Bell.

C’mon Taco Bell. How can you send this out? These potatoes are scorched. Not to mention the other order potatoes we didn’t get. The side of avocado ranch we didn’t get. And the tomato on the nachos that weren’t on there.
To get an order wrong every once in a while is absolutely acceptable. Look. I worked in fast for several years. I know how it goes. But my order is consistently wrong from this store.

So we go to the Taco Bell on Wells Road in Cypress and tell me why it took a whole hour and we were ordering our food and we still never got it on top of that. Somebody had to go ask them to turn around and pay attention to their customers because they were not a parent had to come in and said this is the most unprofessional workplace that they have ever been to. We also had to get a refund because we had things to do and we didn’t have a whole Nother hour to wait for our food. And people wonder why they can’t get a raise

I have bad experiences each time I try to eat here, from wrong orders, missing items, cold food, wads of hair, but this is the most ridiculous.
This is how my Catina chicken taco was served. Why did you guys think it was cool to serve a smashed taco? The other taco wasn’t even correct, it was supposed to be 2 carina chickens and one was beef.
How do you guys mess up every single time? If I would have left a bad review for each experience they would be at least 7 within the past 6 months. So yeah, it’s on me for trying again but geez you’d they would eventually get better.

Dull empty place stand there at the counter and don’t get acknowledged until u say something to them ignoring you….I remember when a soft taco had more than 2 spoons of meat in it. 8 tacos for a snack ain’t worth 15$ its not the money that’s the problem it’s the food. U get a 3$ burrito and get 4times as much meat as this soft taco…this is why I never come here and alway regret it. Better be lucky it was a gift card or I wouldn’t have spent my money here.

Girl at the window just shoved our food out the window. No thank you or nothing. And she made it seem like it was our problem that they were out of an item we had ordered online. No customer service. She did not know what she was doing. This place sucks.
