Horrible service!!!! The young men, women, and manager all played the most disrespectful and disgusting games/ service I have ever received in my life! These people first played on the intercom as my boyfriend on oxygen ordered. Then, they preceded to change his order from large options to small! Then, he paid for a salad and added chicken which was on the receipt and the manager and employees still continued to play games. Saying that we could not get grilled chicken added on the salad after paying for it and it didn’t come with it. But on the receipt my boyfriend paid for it to be added! This is our second time ever coming to this restaurant in over 10 years and it has not changed one bit! The service is always horrible, the order is never right and the employees always seem to act like they own the business and products. Never returning here and I would never suggest this location to anyone in the hood, because it’s giving Hood vibes and I’m not with the foolishness! I wish I could add the video of them and how they completely acted oblivious and confused after telling us the salad did not come with chicken after being added and paid for. They laughed and called me childish after I demanded my money back and all because I was recording them on my phone! I absolutely hate stopping in areas like this where employees would rather play with the customers then offer great service! We stayed and waited over 30 minutes while your employees and the manager continued to get the order wrong on purpose!!!!

Let’s start by saying the salad was $2 more than the other location. Next, I ordered the apple pecan salad and it’sHORRIBLE. No, pecans and some of the apples and lettuce are browning, and to top it off, the parmesan crisp are stale. Wendy’s need to do better. I will NOT be returning.

Hi, I believe I left my glasses at your store.
I visited your New Orleans location yesterday around 4:24 p.m. and sat at a table on the left side of the store when facing from the counter. The table had a backrest against the wall.
The glasses have a black metal frame and were in a dark blue case.
I’ve been trying to call, but I haven’t been able to get through.
I’m currently traveling and have already left the area, so unfortunately I can’t come back to check in person.
If someone could please check if they were found and leave a reply here, I’d really appreciate it.

Inside and outside the restaurant is in need of serious attention the floor was very slippery and everything needed a wipe down. Outside needs a pressure wash and the parking lot needs cleaning. I didn’t get to see the kitchen but if I was to judge it based on the rest I wouldn’t feel safe eating at this facility.

Horrible First problem is… The wait is super long for “fast food” 45 mins is an ridiculously long time to wait for burgers and fries!
The workers are NOT professional nor friendly. They don’t even greet you. Just hand you the food and close the window!
The food hasn’t been up to par for quiet some time now. I won’t be wasting anymore of my hard earn money on this foolishness! Nothing is ever fresh!!! Makes you wonder wat the heck do they even be doing in there all that time. Because nothing is ever hot.
The nuggets I brought today was hard as a rock No lie… literally hard as a rock ♀️ Spent my whole lunch break in the line for something I couldn’t even chew

VERY POOR maintenance. Unsanitary restaurant!!! Not just the restroom. Take my advice and please go in to keep a close eye on your food. I couldn’t order from there. Too disgusting. That was my first and LAST visit. Smh

I swear I hate ignorance.i went to this Wendy’s I get to the window and the girl screamed all in my ear to the the people at the speaker ordering. DID YOU ORDER !!!! 3 times. So unprofessional I wish I would have looked at her name tag. But she had like a hung dread loc in her head in a high ponytail. The manager need to fire her asap. Cause there is no way She said next car please while the older lady was handing me my sauce. Omg. I ordered a second time. Didn’t get my receipt. I ordered 2 four piece strips. She gave me nuggets. Got asked to pull to the door. She still gave me one order. The manager is not capable of running this location. And corporate does nothing
