Had to check in through the kiosk even though here was someone standing there that could have taken my order. Had to wait 22 minutes for my food. There were no napkins in the bag (a to go order). The lady would not give me napkins, but said that I needed to walk around the corner to get some. Found out that the order was wrong after getting to my stop.

I ordered a Deluxe Lunch Box and got got some kinda grilled cheese burrito box instead. The box came with chips and cheese but the tiny cup of cheese was less than half full, i’m talking like 1/3 full! I would’ve probly done 3 *s had it not been for that bs.

Experience was horrible. Attempted to make an OTC order. Staff insisted to making order via kiosk. When asked of taking the order OTC police were called then lied to officers of my behavior.

We ordered 2 chicken cantina tacos and a large nacho fry. The fries were luke warm and medium sized at best. The tacos weren’t even chicken. I guess it was a bit early for Taco Bell, but I will not be returning to this location.

Th staff forgot one of our orders and only informed us it was currently unavailable after I approached them to ask about it. Additionally, we ordered a Crunch Wrap Supreme and were disappointed to discover that they had not put any beef in it. I recommend against visiting or ordering from this Taco Bell.

Crap. The sign says open at 9 am. Doesn’t specify if it’s the drive thru or dining. When I pointed to the sign, guys just shrugs his shoulders and says 10 am.
Change the sign if you wanna open an hr later. That’s BS. Based on the reviews, I think I dodged a bullet anyway. The same people who whine about $15 an hr are always the ones looking for excuses to do less work.

Got into the drive thru at 12:26 today. At 12:34 a car pulled up behind me and I noticed the person in front of me was taking a while to order. Ordered $45 worth of food for my kids on the app to help make things move a little faster. When I pulled up I told them name to which I was told to hold on. After about 10 minutes I told them I had an order online and was told to pull up. I pulled up and am now trapped in the drive thru for 20 more minutes and no one moves. I call and ask to cancel the order and am told rather rudely that I have to do it over the app. When I tried the app would not allow me to cancel because it was showing that it was completed. Long story but I was not refunded nor did I receive my food because after 45 minutes of no one moving the person behind me and I backed out of the drive thru. I will be passing by tomorrow to get my money.
