The food sucked. The guy in the back on the dryer was literally sitting there watching something burn in the grease. Smoke filled the place and we had to wait at least 20 mins for our food. That’s not fast food at all. I will never eat at this Taco Bell ever again.

It is apparent that this taco Bell is geared for drive through customers and app users. We went inside to dine, ordered our food through the kiosk and paid for the meal. It was almost twenty minutes before we received our food. I had to go ask. “What was the delay?” I saw vehicles drive through with no problem at all. The next time I go to this Taco Bell, I will go to the drive-thru, order my food receive it within two or three minutes and then I’ll walk inside and eat it inside.

I have been here many times. The last couple of times haven’t been good experiences. On Monday the wait to get my food took over 25 minutes. They were out of most fountain drinks and they only had the hot sauce, no mild. The employees seemed to be doing their best.

The young lady at the counter was polite and did a good job with multi-tasking. She took care of me while running the drive-thru. I had 3 orders. They were all correct and tasted good.

Needs improvement. I was optimistic that they would get my mobile order right but watching several others in front of me complain was discouraging. Once my husband ate he realized our food too was not properly customized like we requested. Should be fine if you don’t have any changes.

Always clean, always quick and friendly service. The food is always great with the only exception that they do not use enough meat in the tacos, which I find is not location specific. The breakfast is great and very quickly served for rushing mornings and there is one cashier that goes the extra mile and puts your sugar and creamer in the coffee before handing it to you… I really feel that more places should do this!
