“Grilled cheese burrito” lol this Taco Bell was by far the worst I’ve been to. Stood up front and had to yell to get the lady’s attention in the drive through after ignoring me multiple times. Backline workers just cursing and not caring about what they put out to the customer obviously. Customers just waiting to be noticed is ridiculous.

Whole order was wrong ordered 4 crispy chicken tacos they gave me 2 and made up there own tacos and order 4 dorito tacos and they gave me one and 3 regular tacos this is the 2nd time they do something like this one time I also ordered a 12 pack of Cinnabons and they only put 8 in the pack and ordered 2 chalupas and they gave me 2 crunchy tacos and said it was the same thing they ran out of chalupas

I went to this location around 11:30PM on 12/4/2022. I ordered a Deluxe Cravings Box, a Mexican Pizza, Nacho Bell Grande w/ extra beef and cheese no sour cream and a Cheesy Gordita Crunch sub Steak. Get back to my hotel room… no Chalupa that was suppose to come with the box. The Gordita Crunch had 6 pieces of steak and no lettuce. I spent $30 there. Was NOT worth my money. I try not to sit in the window too long because I kno they are on a timer. But next time I’m checking all my food before I pull off. I won’t be courteous to your timer since you can’t be courteous to make sure I get what I paid for.

I recently went to Taco Bell on Manhattan Blvd and the clerks no longer personally take your order, instead you must use the kiosk machines. The clerk, Miguel came to my rescue when I told him I had trouble using the kiosk machines. He really helped me by showing me what to do on the kiosk and I was done in no time. My food came very quickly and it was delicious! Also, the location was very neat and clean.
