I love Taco Bell was so traveling through Omaha and stopped at this one due to great reviews. The staff were fine, not overly friendly. They were very quick with their service. I would have rated them higher, but my order was wrong. Was very disappointed to find I didn’t get what I ordered. Also, I tried one of the new Fresca drinks- just so so.

I had an extremely upsetting experience at this Taco Bell on January 7th around 11:00 a.m. in the drive-thru. The man working the window was beyond rude. His tone, attitude, and the way he spoke to me were dismissive, disrespectful, and completely unprofessional. This was not just a “bad day” — it was flat-out terrible customer service.

When I calmly asked for his name so I could properly address the issue with a manager, he refused to give it to me. While I understand employees may not be obligated to share their names, refusing while already treating a customer poorly only escalated the situation and showed a complete lack of accountability.

This was an older Caucasian male working the drive-thru, and his behavior reflected extremely poorly on this location. There was no courtesy, no professionalism, and no effort to provide even basic customer service.

Managers should take this review seriously. With the date and time provided, it should be very easy to identify which employee was working the drive-thru. Customers should not be spoken to this way, period.

I will not be returning to this location, and I strongly suggest management address this issue immediately.

Like any other Taco Bell, it is the standard fast food affair. Food quality and atmosphere are fine, but the service was dismal.

I placed an order through the drive through that came out wrong. I brought it to the attention of the staff inside who got it wrong again. I was mildly annoyed at that point, but the assistant manager threw their employees under the bus because, “I put it in right. THEY were the ones who prepared it wrong.”

I requested a refund, but the general manager claims that they don’t give those out, supposedly from up high. I’m sympathetic to the interests of rank-and-file staff, so that kind of behavior from management is just not okay at all.

Don’t come to this one you have a large order. They were rushing me while I was trying to order for my family which is whatever but They forgot a couple of things on my order. When I called to ask if they could you know, send a coupon or something in the mail because I’m not driving 20 minutes to go and pick up the food they forgot to put in the bag, they said there is nothing they could do for me aside from me having to drive back there and having them replacing the food that they forgot. While on the phone, he asked me if I had a mobile order I said no and he pulled up the mobile orders anyway and started Reading different orders, Despite me telling him the order ID on the receipt, and that I was this mobile order and I definitely got all my food because he pulled me around and parked me which was not the case. Not to mention, the store doesn’t have their drive-through timers turned on, so none of the people who ordered tonight counted towards their times as a store. So much for getting nacho fries and cinnamon twists for the 6 year old.

Customer service the other day was just perfect. I’m not sure who it was who worked there, but he should definitely be given a raise or an offer to work somewhere that will pay him for his efforts

Waited for about six minutes for someone to even come to the window to greet me. Then I received no napkins, silverware, or the sauce that you asked me if I wanted

Fast, friendly customer service and great food. This location may make extra money and notoriety by hosting a seminar on how to do fast food for other businesses.
