While the ribs were good, they were not hot, but cold. Took 15 minutes tp get order.
Young man taking order did not know what loaded mashed potatoes were. $12.00 for 3 ribs not worth it.

I got my meal to go. I should have checked it but, I didn’t think I had to. The order was for brisket, ribs and jalapeño cheddar sausage. What I received was chicken, brisket and dryish ribs. The side of beans were tiny, the side of okra was large, and I did love the okra. I was excited to go as I have had dickeys in Phoenix and liked it, but this spot wasn’t as good and as of now I wouldn’t return nor recommend it.

Stopped in while spending the night in Gallup. Had sliced brisket and turkey. Both were some of the best I’ve had in quite a while. Mac n cheese along with baked beans were also tasty. More food than I could finish and I’m a 220 pound man. Glad I tried the place. Definitely a good meal.

Cashier ELIZA YAZZIE was VERY RUDE! We could not hear her speaking, she just mumbling. She stated she did not have change for the tender amount that I gave her but the end she did have change, when she did give me back my change. She threw it on the counter and walked off and we were left standing there. This is our first time here I guess first time is BAD EXPERIENCE, I WILL NOT BE COMING BACK AGAIN!!!! Poor Poor customer service! guest satisfaction 1/10.

1st time here, food was great, female cashier [no name tag] was rude. She didn’t seem to like her job until the manager walked in. typical for the Gallup area. I love their spicy barbecue sauce and sweet tea. 2 stars for great food but better service would’ve gave 5stars.
