Place is NASTY and it stinks! They were out of supremes, but at 4:00 pm I give them grace for that and the fact they were waiting on fries as well as mashed potatoes for someone else. It is a shame. The person at the counter was nice, but that was the only part of the experience that had any positivity. I didn’t want to be obvious taking pics, but some of this nastiness was up in the ice chute as well. Totally a lack of cleanliness!

Every single time I come here there is some kind of problem. Either my food is wrong or I have to wait ages. But today..I gave them my card. They made my food..then their car reader wasn’t working and bc I didnt have cash they wouldn’t give me the food. THATS NOT MY PROBLEM. Ring it up at a different register or something. Management here sucks and they’re employees wouldn’t know customer service if it hit them in the face.

Just want there and got grave biscuit there was a line around the building had to wait and when they got up to the window, I was giving a 1/2 of a biscuit in a Chicken Sandwich container, the manager said, look, you gonna have to deal with it, that’s all we have, did not give no receipt, no silverware. And box was falling apart.

I want to try the food which is not available in my state. And Bojangles pop out in my hotel’s first recommendations. I ordered online and make my way after the notification that my order was ready. But after I came the staff just noticed my order and tells me if I need to wait for the chicken. I wait 30 minutes. All the staffs are horrible, not only me, many customers need to waiting for their foods but the staffs only giggling each other like there is no urgency to serve us more faster. Thanks God the chicken was good. Very poor service compare to the other fast food chains.

Just continuously a terrible experience. From employees who are gossiping right in front of customers to consistently getting orders wrong, as well as issue with their supplies (2 out of every 5 visits they’re out of sauce), I don’t know why anyone bothers coming here. The other location in town is much better. Eventually I’ll learn my lesson and stop giving this place my money.
Also – don’t bother ordering ahead on the Bojangles’ app. They ignore the orders and typically don’t cook it until you show your order confirmation to a supervisor.
