One person taking order and preparing the food. He was very polite and the food was good. We had two orders that were vegetarian and they were correct as well, this is not alway the case at other Fast food restaurants. He was by his self but did the best he could to keep up.

Knowing that many of the late night taco bell locations have been closing earlier due to short staffing, we weren’t confident that the hours were correct when we placed an order after 10 pm. We’ve definitely found out the hard way in the past when our order went to a location that had been shut down 4 hours early, and after still pulling into the drive thru because the store’s lights were on.

Sam was awesome this evening. I ordered two beverages in the drive thru. It was a bit of a line, but expected at 6pm. Sam apologized for the long wait and comped my drinks. I insisted that I pay and she told me not to worry about it and have a nice evening. I frequent this Taco Bell once a week and always receive great service.

Horrible!! We asked for 10 sausage and 10 bacon breakfast burritos. The lazy worker said she would only make 5 of one. This was at 10 a.m. on the 23rd of December. We went to a different Taco Bell on 183rd and center. And they gladly took our order.

One of the only decent things about taco bell were their hours and decent portions. This Location has the wrong hours on Google and when I told the staff they just said we’re closed due to staffing. That’s not what I asked. I told you about the incorrect hours. I understand covids effects but not updating your hours is just inconsiderate. Also my orders are usually incorrect and skimpy. Wish there was another location close by.

Horrible. Couldn’t even get dine in service. ignored by two different employees. Guy making the food was alright though. He was busy making food for the togo window so I understand. But the lady working the drive thru walks right by us. Looks. But walks right by. Goes into the office area out of sight. Like c’mon. At least say something.. like “hold on I will be with you in just a minute. Thanks.” But nope just right to the office… Not good customer service at all. If she was the manager. Oof
