Very poor service, in the begging it was great. We ordered our food perfectly. Then it came to the service. We ordered 2 beef tacos plain with just extra cheese. At first they gave us 3 supreme tacos, we then went back again to get it fixed, they then gave us 3 beef,cheese and sour cream tacos. We then pulled around another time. And they gave us the taco in the bag, unwrapped and had a large amount of attitude. Which I myself as a previous fast food worker didn’t appreciate, the rest of our order was fine

I absolutely hate this Taco Bell! I can easily say that it is my least favorite location that I’ve been to. Crew members are always goofing off, being loud and disruptive. They normally work pretty slowly and can’t ever seem to get anything right. It’s almost like nobody is trained.

Just wanted to share that there was an amazing yound man at taco bell that was probably closing tonight. He was incredibly polite. Looks very young but we asked… he said he is 16. Soooo polite and he even told us to “have a blessed night”. Totally made our day!!!

The employees lost me and 2 other people’s orders. After 30 minutes I was forced to remind them of my order, and even still wouldn’t give me a refund. Then one of the employees spit in my drink. Also, I saw another purposely smash my taco. When I walked out, I heard them cussing me out in the back. Absolutely disgusting actions from the employees.

Had an order total of $20.45. Was asked to round up for a charity. $21. Correct? Wrong. When I get to the window the guy says “$25.56” I told him that wasn’t my order and his excuse was “well she hit the button twice so I need more money” I asked why that was my fault and he said it was theirs. AND STILL DIDNT GIVE ME WHAT I PAID FOR!! Lived in Fremont my whole life and this Taco Bell IS NEVER worth it. And to top it off. The food was mediocre at best. Do not go to this store. Not worth it.
