I always love the many food options, however, it all has that distinct Taco Bell flavor despite the wide variety. You can just tell its from Taco Bell, if you know what I mean. The service at the Central and Tyler location has really gone down hill. They rush you through the menu speaker in the drive-thru so you feel like you can’t order as much as you normally would and when you get to the window, they take your card and push your food out. The customer service leaves much to be desired and some of the employees can be rude. Which would be more acceptable from teenage employees, however, I only see adults when I come. Treat others how you would want to be treated. The managers could train their employees a bit better in that aspect. Overall, it’s the food that keeps me coming back. I love the burrito choices.

My husband did an online order at 8:03p.m at 9:00 I still did not have our items of 4. 6 people were working the line I watched them make many orders through the drive thru I proceed to ask for the manger to speak to and one of the supposed manager of the 3 mangers said they were short staffed I honestly counted 7 workers tonight and I’m sorry but if 3 manager cannot make 4 items in less than 1 hr I am done I will not be back to this location again the one manger aruged with me I began to tell her I will be calling corporate in the morning, it is sad that workers now are rude and do not care anymore.

I tried the grilled cheese burrito.Oh my heavens it was delicious ! I’m going to have that again alot I’m sure. Little tiny bit spicy but I have a baby tummy so probably not hot for the average person. And I got a Taco and a med drink all for 7nder $10.00 so yay !

Edit*** I still never get good service here. This time the girl at the window was playing on her phone for a couple minutes before even greeting me.*** I did a mobile order to save time, but they forgot to give me sauce or my drinks, but made me feel rushed at the window. I had to go back through and wait 15 minutes for drink and sauce causing my food to get cold. On top of that all, my food was made wrong.

They didn’t add the sour cream that I paid for. I guess that’s how they make their profit these days, they make you pay for the extras and then they don’t give them to you. Also, my Mexican pizza was very soggy, and they didn’t include any napkins in my sealed bag.

So in all honesty my experience wasn’t the greatest because I was waiting in the drive through for 50 minutes waiting to get my food, but the they only had 2 people working which is why it took so long. I know those people busted their tails that night, and they probably went home exhausted and hating their job. I’m sure they delt with your typical Karen who felt like she deserved free food for wasting her time. I just want those people who were working, I believe it was Tuesday night, that I appreciate them for making my food and for working their tails off! I totally understand that it’s hard keeping employees or even getting people to show up to their shift these days, and them not realizing that they are putting a huge burden on their fellow co-workers. I think management should get these employees a visa gift card, or something showing appreciation for keeping that place running with no support. Thanks again Taco Bell night crew! You guys did a great job!
