Will never eat here again. Worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with. Took 3 employees 10 minutes to get the details of my order. 3 cravings boxes, 1 with no sour cream. Checked my order was missing a box entirely. They tried to tell me it was in a bag, the only thing in that bag was an order of nacho fries. Finally get my order home and only 1 box they got correct? Tried to tell me the missing items could have been in another box. And then want to demand respect when I have to return to the store and have them correct my order. Do not waste your time or money and always triple check your order because they charged me full price and did everything they could to stiff me and make excuses for it.

The workers neglect to check the orders going out. They will charge you for the complete order. I live several miles from taco bell, so to make it all the way home and not have your complete order is very upsetting. I called and told them about my missing food, they offered to have me come back and get it. I told them I’m home now, so he was going to write down the missing food. I felt I should be compensated some how for having to come back because of their mistake. He argued with me and then hung up on me. I never cussed at him only asked if we could be compensated somehow. My employer would NEVER allow us to treat our employees like he did me!! Probably not going back there if service is that horrible!!

This place needs help. This place use to be awesome, but in the last 2+ months it’s gone down hill fast. I’ve had tacos that were so soggy they just fall apart, to having to wait over 25+ minutes in drive thru when there is only 2 vehicles ahead. C’mon iola Taco Bell you used to be the best, my fav Taco Bell. What happened???

(Summary is I was especially stolen from) I went to this facility on Saturday the 24th and was met with issues on the app. Eventually my order for 1 regular Cravings box went through. The person at the drive through told me that it take 10 to 15 minutes for the order to go through but that isn’t true. The total price after all was fixed was 7.22$. That was with Chipotle sauce added and a large drink. Today Monday the 26th at 3:48 pm the price was doubled to 14.44$ according to cashapp. I called the iola taco bell and a person claiming to be store manager told me they couldn’t help me. I’ve submitted a contact request through the app and still have yet to be helped. So be careful using the app. They may steal from you and not be bothered to help.

This used to be a place where the food came fast. Here recently the lobby is closed for staffing reasons and it takes an hour in the drive thru just to find out they got your order wrong.

I eat here off and on.. I doordash some times as well. They constantly mess up orders…they seem to be in a hurry or not paying attention when making it. I know people make mistakes, but what If I was allergic to something they put in the food… Like sour cream or tomatoes… And am I talking about one or two times I’m talking about a handful of times so usually when I get a messed up order I don’t eat here for a little while… But today I doordashed and got the wrong items and it was four items that were wrong, four tacos… I called them and they said it’s DoorDash’s problem not theirs even though doordash doesn’t make food… I don’t understand how they could just tell a customer’s not their problem when they made the wrong food and I double check my order…it’s unacceptable….

Went to the drive through around 9pm and waited behind a car then pulled forward and waited for several minutes with no service. We pulled forward to find out they were closing early not sure why.
