Ordered on my lunch break, around 7:30. Got to the restaurant at 7:40. Checked in for my online order between 7:40 and 7:40. Currently 8:15 and still haven’t got my items. Kitchen is moving slower than Garnett Dairy Queen, with 3 people. The 3 people are moving slower than molasses. Haven’t got my food and already writing a review. -1 star. Oh got a coupon for ONE free taco

Took absolutely forever. Ordered online then waited 50+ minutes for our order. 3 people in the kitchen just standing there talking to each other. The worst customer service I had ever experienced just to get cold gross food!

Stopped here after a basketball game. Ordering attendant missed multiple items on my order and I had to repeat them several times… later the wait was around 40 minutes… in the drive through. Doesn’t make any sense to me. Recommend going somewhere else if you are not wanting to wait an hour for “fast food”.

Incompetent employees who have no drive to make even half decent food.. no one checks the food or Receipt to ensure the food ordered is all in the bag. The line is always a mile long because they can’t get food out fast enough, and when you do get lucky enough to get your food it’s either burnt or they don’t make it as requested… if could give it 0 stars I would due to the lazy negligence… all this took place 09/22/2025 at 4:30pm and I was the only person in line the entire time!!!

Always takes 20-30 minutes. They miss things, mess things up every time. Such a joke. Whoever is in charge needs replaced and trainers need brought in. Also I do not appreciate an employee asking to bum a smoke through the drive through window! I don’t even smoke.

Been waiting for my 2 tacos for 30 minutes. I should’ve noticed the 3 people that were waiting before me. They are still waiting also.
Floor is so dirty and sticky, wondering if I even want this food.
Lots of conversation, not about orders, but not much food preparation happening.
Took 47 minutes to get my food. It wasn’t up to par for Taco Bell that I am used to.
No wonder this place always looks deserted.
Won’t be back!

Slow service, waited at the drivethru speaker to order for over 10m before someone acknowledged me and every time I’ve ordered a coffee they never want to make it or say they are out even though people order it the next morning for breakfast with no problems… Overall service is horrible, they are rude, and don’t seem to want to do the job. Maybe an entire reset of this location would do some good…

Waited way to long for food took an 1hr which I understand ur understaffed but pick up the pace and communicate with each other I did have a problem with the food my crunch wrap was burnt and couldn’t bite into it over all the food wasn’t bad

Let me just say, wow. It honestly amazes me how a work place can smoke a dab pen at the door by the speaker and it be totally legal, according to law weed is illegal in Kansas I have nothing against it, but when you can’t even make food right, and include all the food I order, really makes you wonder, aside from that can we get rid of everyone working here and get new people? Somebody call Tacobell support or somthing there is more 1 stars than 5 stars, these employees are ruining this establishment, I wouldn’t be suprized if it got closed down from these employees, unsafe food hazards, inability to make and give out orders correctly, and smoking drugs where children eat, DOES YOUR CHILD EAT HERE? FIRE TACO BELL EMPLOYEES AND REPLACE THEM!!!
