I was just there, and ordered the new steak verde fries and a soft taco supreme with extra meat, got home and did not get the fries but a burrito, and the soft taco was oall over bottom of the bag. Also wanted the watermelon freeze and they were out. Tried to call the store, and it just rang and rang then disconnected not happy

Wow. RUDE RUDE RUDE. MATTHEW IS THE WORST. I refuse to go back to this location. I have never been treated with so much disrespect. I don’t know what stick crawled up but Matthew you should pull it out. It is not OK to treat people that way. I didn’t even know I was causing a problem and a smile wouldn’t hurt. When you approach people the correct way is to apologize for approaching them, explain the problem and then ask for them to move. Not tell them to move to a space and then tell them how slow they are. HEY TACO BELL YOU SHOULD NOT SEND MATTHEW TO TALK TO PEOPLE.

As a doordasher delivery driver and a customer, today was BS. The posted business hours are till 3am, oh … wait that’s only for doordash customers only I guess. Still abt 10 minutes before yall closed too, I will never personally get food here again unless u want less than subpar service from the night shift. Like I didn’t work fast food closing shifts too… but I still would’ve never turned away a customer like they did tonight.

Went through the drive thru today(2/15/23) at 240pm, and was pleasantly impressed on the customer service on the window presenter. He was friendly, upbeat, bubbly’ and can tell he cared about his customers. Food was also good. I come here alot because I work close and it is nice to see someone enjoying their job. Thanks for making my day!!!!!!!
