Whoever was in the kitchen tonight did awesome! I cheated on my diet tonight and was worried something would be wrong and really not make it worth it. Nope! There was the perfect balance of ingredients. My burrito had the perfect amount of beans, cheese and sauce throughout the entire thing. The quesadilla? Meat, cheese and sauce evenly with every bite. While I’ll be disappointed in the morning, it will only be with my choices and not the quality of the food I ordered.

I have always had good service at this location but tonight in particular I ordered from the app and got a couple of the freezes. When I got there they said that the mixture was still freezing and that I could park and they would run them out to me when it was finished (which ended up only being about 5-10 extra minutes). Which seems small but how many fast food places are willing to do that??? The gentleman working the window and Jackson are top tier! Jackson was the one kind enough to bring them out to me.

My recent experience at this Taco Bell was deeply disappointing and confirms my previous negative impression from a year ago. On a Sunday, with limited dining options available, I reluctantly chose this location. Upon arriving home, I found significant issues with my order. One taco was satisfactory, but the second contained only lettuce and was inedible. Furthermore, the other item I ordered looked nothing like the promotional picture (please see attached photo for a visual comparison). The discrepancy was stark. When I returned to the store to address this with the manager, his response was dismissive and unhelpful. He offered no apology or explanation, stating that the item was prepared as it should be and that additional meat would incur an extra charge. This lack of customer service is unacceptable. Additionally, the restaurant was out of the majority of sauces, and I had to ask twice for a straw and then for mild sauce, only to discover they were initially out of that as well. The entire experience was frustrating and the quality of food was poor. I will not be returning to this Taco Bell and urge others to consider the excellent local Mexican restaurants in the area, which offer far better food and service for a similar price, along with a generous selection of sauces.

So went through the drive through tonight, ordered my normal cantina chicken tacos,quesadilla, potato tacos fries. Looked in the bag…there was no cantina tacos…went back through told them they said they were remaking them. Got home and this is what I received. Had this same problem literally two weeks ago.

Food was very good! Hot, fresh, seasoned very well. We ate inside after watching football. Nearly all the tables were dirty. Just had to choose the least dirtiest. Someone was cleaning tables by the time we were almost done

This is the worst Taco Bell to ever exist. Can’t take an order right, can’t make the food right, literally had a fly cooked into my Crunchwrap supreme and they could have cared less. At this point I would rather them close down so I would be forced to go to a different towns Taco Bell.

My wife and I both ordered burrito supreme with extra meat to take home. The first thing I noticed was the burrito was 20 to 30% smaller. (Not surprising since downsizing is typical these days). The problem was that even though we had ordered and paid for extra meat, we found maybe a tablespoon. Our burrito was mainly refried bean, wilted lettuce and a sprinkle of tomato. I’ve read that fast food restaurants are having a hard time, but based on my experience, they are their own worst enemy. I will never go back.

This location is always dirty. The tea dispensers look as if they have not been washed..ever.. Tables are always dirty and floor is as well. Staff is very friendly and seem to be working hard. They need to pay attention to the front of the house.

2pm on a Sunday, no cars in the drive thu. My cheese quesadilla was mostly tortilla and what little cheese was inside was not melted. Cheesy bean and rice burrito was thrown in the wrapping and not closed, it was mostly a cheesy bean burrito because I could not find any rice in it except for a lump that was on the wrapper. Not happy spending $16 at taco bell for a couple of tortillas.

It’s really a shame that an employee can’t get a simple order right. I said soft tacos, 3 soft tacos. Not a hard shell, but a soft shell, not a corn tortilla, but a flour tortilla.
