This is a Taco Bell/Kentucky Fried Chicken combo store. The food was great, and the staff was the best fast food staff I’ve seen in months. They seemed to genuinely give a care. The tables and chairs in the dining area are old, and wobble a bit making that part a rough experience, but the food quality and fast service made up for it.

The service was terrible, it was only a couple hours before closing & I guess they just didn’t want to be there. The young lady taking the orders wasn’t listening very good, got part of the order wrong & forgot a drink. We ordered a pot pie, took a little bit to finally be told to pick something else they didn’t have any done. A different person brought the food to the counter, the number was called out clearly but everything else was mumbled. Ordered & paid for cinnamon twists, after the other food was brought up was told they had no cinnamon twists so they said they substituted 2 cinnamon rolls. They were actually just 2 balls, picture is included, that cost $1. Food wasn’t bad. Atmosphere would’ve been a little better if we weren’t getting dirty looks from the cashier from the time we asked that things be fixed until we left. Won’t be returning to this location. This was the Eldon, Mo. location.

The food was just like eating at any Taco Bell! The reason for the 4 stars is the line was super long for drive through. Service was amazing and they even said sorry for the wait. I get its not their problem but still it was my problem. Nice people and good service at an always good food place.

The lady my mom and brother just dealt with in Eldon was very rude, they don’t even know what they ordered because how rude she was over the drive through. The stuff though that was ordered was not what we were wanting, I think the lady did know anything about customer service either, you dont yell into the drive through at the customer’s because you don’t know what is on your menu. I do hope people from Eldon stop going to this location, I know the weekly visits we have made are done.

Horrible food… crusty, hard potatoes. Horribly wrapped burritos with old tortilla shells that were hard and falling apart. Bean burritos were awful, beefy five layer was cold, spicy potato soft taco had barely any sauce and had nasty, old, over-cooked potatoes.

This was a Kentucky fried & Taco bell combo restaurant i Signed up for their app so I can get the $10 chicken only bucket instead of the normal $18 I finally got signed up it said it would be about 12 minutes which was good when I got there they said they don’t have it and that it would be 15 to 20 and it wound up being 35 minutes to get my chicken before I can leave and it only takes 8 minutes to drop a new batch and it wasn’t busy and I was on my way home from the hospital from surgery and was just hungry and the kids that were walking around doing the work we’re walking like they were 90 years old and I walk with a Cain and I’m faster don’t know what was going on they were definitely milking it don’t know that I’ll be stopping there again unfortunately hopefully they’ll be one closer soon

This place needs to be bulldozed. The facility needs maintenance badly. Mold all over the outside of the building. You can’t even drive thru the drive thru without having to drive around the overgrown bushes. My steak burrito was nothing like I have ever gotten from Taco Bell. It was just melted cheese with a tortilla. Came with a taco that.wasnt wrapped properly so it just all fell in the bag.

They didn’t even get what I wanted right and charged me for three things I DID NOT order. They do this all the time. Customer service is a 0 for me. They slam things and act like they don’t want to be there, if you didn’t wanna be there then quit. They also don’t anwser their phones so. This place is a joke.

I hate Tacos, said no Juan ever. Tacocat backwards is tacocaT, Taco Bell food quality is good, the amounts of serving sizes vary from one Taco Bell to another. All in all I like Taco Bell for simple fast food with lots of flavor. If you don’t like Taco Bell, my opinion won’t change yours. Eat your mds and feel good about yourself. We eat what we like.
