When she was asked to change her gloves, she stepped out of site for a few minutes. That made me wonder if she did something to the gloves I couldn’t see. The young man who was helping another customer came over to show her how to heat the roll and then he completed the sub.
I couldn’t see what he was doing but when I got home, the sub was so wet, I couldn’t eat it.
I was too tired to drive back. But never again.
They are lucky I didn’t call the health department.
If your dirty hands touch the outside of the gloves what is the point of the gloves?
Broken glass at counter where the rolls were being stored.
Told to call Cody. To discuss issues. Cody made my sandwich. Not sure how that would help.
Update: I love how fresh the bread is!!
The bad: I guess I’m in the minority here, but these are overpriced subs that arent much better than nearby competitors. $15 for a “giant” sub is way too much to pay. Yes, the bread is slighter longer than a “footlong” (15″ vs 12″ but the same 3″ width and 2″ height), but there wasnt enough meat/toppings to cover the entire roll. My family all agreed that everything tasted very salty (cheesesteak, Italian, and plain turkey & cheese). I’d rather support a mom&pop place up the road who offers a better tasting sub, with a side of fries, for $5 less.
I do not recommend and will not go back.
