Staff need training on hand hygiene and cross contamination. I am so happy I watched as my steak sub was being prepared. I noticed the females used the same dirty gloves she had been moving things around with to place vegetables on my sub roll. I told her I wanted the bun heated on the grill and she seemed clueless. She removed the condiments with the dirty gloves and set them on the unclean wooden area and the tomatoes were moist and soggy. I had to tell her the juice from the wet tomato that was on her gloves had transferred to the cheese she was holding.
When she was asked to change her gloves, she stepped out of site for a few minutes. That made me wonder if she did something to the gloves I couldn’t see. The young man who was helping another customer came over to show her how to heat the roll and then he completed the sub.
I couldn’t see what he was doing but when I got home, the sub was so wet, I couldn’t eat it.
I was too tired to drive back. But never again.
They are lucky I didn’t call the health department.

When I visited the store was not busy employees where on their cell phones and the store was dirty. Didn’t wash hands after cell phone and putting gloves on.

If your dirty hands touch the outside of the gloves what is the point of the gloves?

Broken glass at counter where the rolls were being stored.

Told to call Cody. To discuss issues. Cody made my sandwich. Not sure how that would help.

I’ve been twice since they’ve opened and they’ve been amazing! Quick, friendly and tasty! I love how fresh the meat is! Definitely worth checking out!

Update: I love how fresh the bread is!!

They put all the sauce at the extreme ends of the sandwich. I do not know what might posses a person to do such a thing.

This review is from our visit 3 weeks ago. The good: online ordering was easy, though there is no way to switch to a different cheese if provolone on turkey isnt your thing. I requested a swap to American in the “notes” section, but it was ignored. Sandwiches were ready for pickup right on time and Contactless Pickup was quick and easy. Staff greeted me and was friendly when I walked in.
The bad: I guess I’m in the minority here, but these are overpriced subs that arent much better than nearby competitors. $15 for a “giant” sub is way too much to pay. Yes, the bread is slighter longer than a “footlong” (15″ vs 12″ but the same 3″ width and 2″ height), but there wasnt enough meat/toppings to cover the entire roll. My family all agreed that everything tasted very salty (cheesesteak, Italian, and plain turkey & cheese). I’d rather support a mom&pop place up the road who offers a better tasting sub, with a side of fries, for $5 less.

Took too long for the order. Also, I wanted the chipotle chicken that comes with lettuce and onions. They did not put any of the toppings on my sub or my son’s Buffalo chicken.
I do not recommend and will not go back.

I unwrapped my $10 sandwich to find it soggy and covered with condiments on the outside. Were you raised by wolves or are you trained to wrap a sandwich in a way that leaves it sopping wet? Gross.

No line when I arrived at 5pm on Friday. The Rosemary Parmesan bread is our favorite!
