Jesus is who helped my husband and I today at the drive through. We were picking up an order for a friend and of course we ended up needing to make changes and just a bunch of unnecessary unpreparedness on our part. He was so kind and honestly just his overall attitude was refreshing. That was probably the absolute best customer service I have received anywhere in a long time! I want to be íuclear that Taco Bell as a whole would not be worth my time for a review lol

The service was phenomenal considering everything was ordered via kiosk. The time from ordering to getting our food was incredibly fast. My food was hot and fresh. The man behind the counter which I’m assuming was the manager was extremely friendly and helpful. One of the best experiences at taco bell I’ve had in a long time. Keep up the hard work Taco Bell!!!

Every single time- got the wrong order!!! Every. Single. Time.
Ordered #1 w Pepsi (3 crunchy taco supremes) and 4 crunchy tacos- and got 7. No supremes – this time I was able to go in and get it corrected- heard the girl who took my order say “she ordered 7 plain tacos”
No. I did not. But that’s what she gave me.
I’ve never gotten a correct order from Taco Bell. – which is why we rarely go.

i did a mobile order, i get in there and they figured out they had given my food to someone else, i didn’t really care.. i waited but then they proceeded to forget to give sauces when it specifically said extra sauce. made me make my own drinks thennn made me get my own sauces!!! i normally do NOT mind getting my own stuff, but what’s the point of the mobile app if they don’t have all your stuff ready to go?

I had a bad experience with this location, reached out to the store for a horrible manager to talk to. I had to contact another location to get DM #, DM offered to send me a gift card for my experience here it is almost a month later still no gift card. I even re reached out to the DM was supposed to me resent nope never happened. Disappointed in the experience

Went through the drive through and waited for 10 minutes when there was only one car ahead of me, got to where I was going with my food and start eating, the taco shells were bad. They tasted like straight chemicals. When I called the guy said “oh yeah I’ve had several calls from customers saying they tasted bad” then why not throw out the shells?

Hands down one of the worst Taco Bell’s that I have been to. Tortillas were stale or overcooked so every burrito ripped or fell apart. Skimped on filling for a now $5 five layer burrito. No sauce in my bean burrito. Steak was shoe leather with rice that stuck together like glue. All items smaller than usual and because I paid cash, my order was bottom priority to mobile orders who weren’t present yet and drive thru. Kiosk orders paying cash are probably rare but shouldn’t require awkwardly staring at the staff to alert them to finish the transaction. This caused my paid for order to be made last in line behind others who weren’t in store yet.

There are no clerks at the front, touchscreen ordering only. The touchscreen I used needed to be touched 4 or 5 times to register my choice. When I finished my order, I was given the choice of giving them my email or phone number to get my receipt. There is no option for a printed receipt. Also, there is no menu board.
