placed a DoorDash order at 12:20 am. dasher arrived there around like 12:45am. sat there and waiting till 1:45am bc they “only had three people working and the manager was on the way in” according to the worker. all we ordered was a 12 pack of soft taco’s. I asked the dasher to see if they would give us two free small water’s. he claimed he asked and said they did NOT give them. I’m LIVID! the absolute LEAST they could do was give two free water’s when we had been waiting almost 2 HOURS for 12 SOFT taco’s!!!!!

Young lady that wears real tree camo was rude we asked her to read back the order and she said “ isn’t it on the lower right screen?” She was short spoken with attitude like she hates her job and made us feel like we’re doing something wrong. Why do people get into customer service and have no respect at all for no reason. Why are managers allowing their employees to be rude to customers and not make people feel welcomed. Terrible customer service and behavior. Very rude and unprofessional. Don’t schedule two employees to run the whole thing and they can’t handle it.

I was disappointed by the unprofessional service I received from the young lady working the window at 12:30 AM. When I arrived to pick up my order, she didn’t greet me, instead asking abruptly what I wanted. I replied, ‘Hello, I have a pickup order,’ but she asked me to repeat myself. After I reiterated my request with the same words, she instructed me to pull forward. After waiting for the car in front of me to be served and noticing it had left, I pulled up to the window to collect my order. The attendant was initially present but then walked off, returning after a while. When she handed me my food, she asked for my name despite having already started to hand it over. After confirming my name, she shut the window without a word, leaving me feeling disgusted by the poor customer service. I was uncomfortable consuming my food after interacting with the staff at the drive-thru, and I strongly advise against placing employees in a position where they are subjected to poor treatment from customers. It’s essential for individuals to find careers that suit them best. While everyone has bad days, it’s crucial to maintain professionalism in the workplace.

We had an issue with our order prior to the store closing but didn’t realize until we got home and by the time we got home they were already closed, so I spoke with a manager or store lead I assume and got everything figured out. He was kind and apologized and got everything squared away. Great customer service !

I had to go twice just to get my meal right. How hard is it to make a burrito with only steak and cheese or only put meat and cheese on nachos?!?! Not only that but the second time I went my nachos looked like actual butt with only a handful of chips a small bit of meat and cheese. I understand mistakes but it’s literally ONLY meat and cheese. Get it right.
