I don’t normally leave reviews for fast food chains, but I was pretty surprised by the excellent level of service we received on Friday 7/7 around 1 PM. Communication was easy at the drive through, food for family of five came out extremely fast, it was hot and delicious. What else could you ask for?

This Taco Bell has made me the double decker tacos previously. All the other Taco Bell’s in my area have also made them for me. They are discontinued from the menu, but they just charge me for a regular crunchy taco, and ADD BEANS, and ADD TORTILLAS. Never had I had an issue until tonight. The manager said they are not going to make them because they are discontinued. I explained that I’ve been able to get them before and that they only need to add beans and add tortillas to a regular crunchy taco. And charge me for the additional ingredients. They refused. I asked if I could ask the manager and the person on the drive through speaker stated that it’s the manager who said they can’t make them for me. I don’t understand what the big deal was. So I had to drive out of my way to go to another Taco Bell. And of course they had no issue at all with making me double decker tacos. At this location, they are rude and don’t even try to accommodate the customer. Just refused and I had to sit in the drive thru line until all the other customers got their orders so that I could pull out. Shame on this Taco Bell for not caring about customer satisfaction.

Been to this location a few times, and there is always something wrong or missing. This time being no exception. Had a fairly simple order of a cheesy gordita crunch with chicken, and a grilled cheese chicken burrito. I was given some sort of chicken burrito, that was nowhere near a grilled cheese chicken burrito, so went back inside to get that fixed. Found out later that the cheesy gordita crunch had, quite literally, two pieces of chicken on it. Love Taco Bell, but will most definitely NOT be returning to this location.

Waited 35 minutes to be told they were out of tomatoes. Every time I come to this location they are always out of an important ingredient. They NEVER run the national specials…. I’m saddened they are so bad at their job and give other Taco Bell’s a bad name. Please figure it out…. By the way believe it or not that’s supposed to be a Mexican pizza and you can tell it’s been sitting and the second item it SUPPOSED TO BE a 5 layer…. Bad bad bad I’ll take cold Taco bell from Liberty at least they rarely run out of things and get orders right

Ordered a party pack of tacos, I can’t have the lettuce so I had to get without, which I always do. Every single one of the tacos were broke in multiple places. I called and let them know, the girl that was on the phone responded with, “okay.” She said that the lettuce holds them together, I know that’s not true because I’ve gotten them with and without lettuce before. And they were not broke . They basically were not handled with care is what happened and they threw and squished them in there too tight. They were also stale. it’s sad when people who want to make $20/hr don’t even want to work.

Tried to order the number 10 as of now 4/25/23 at 9:30pm which is a grilled steak burrito combo that includes a crunchy (or soft taco) “didn’t get taco” along with the drink which wasn’t made until after I showed up to the window. I asked if I could order a couple of cheesy fiesta potatos at the menu board “which was 15 minutes after trying to order” was told twice once at the menu board and then a head shake no because they didn’t feel like cooking the potatoes which takes 15 minutes because I’VE WORKED AT THAT LOCATION FOR MANY YEARS! And know better of prep and frying wise its non professional and very disappointing.. I also ordered a deluxe box that always comes with a taco.. Yet no tacos at all.. Just the additional burrito I ordered because of the potatoe situation “grill chicken fiesta burrito” very poor cooked.. If this was the expstectation back when Cindy was manager it wouldn’t be exceptional..
