Refused to take my order, told me that it’s taco bell’s policy to use the kiosk now. I told them I had cash only. They were not busy, but I interrupted her story time with the cook. With the rudest snarkiest attitude The Big grey haired woman told me I’d have to go through the drive through. I said ok and went to Arby’s. I normally wouldn’t write a review but I was flabbergasted.

Ive only come here a few times usually late at night around midnight but overall not the worst fast food establishment I’ve been too. Order didn’t take to long to get employees listened and took my order the way I asked for it. Food was okay and was normal taco bell food.

The absolute WORST Taco Bell!! The franchise owner needs to know how their manager Chris is and how the employees are. I have been coming to this location since I was a kid. I am NEVER coming back to this one EVER!!! Chris was talking to the employees about a “weird rule” where you have to wash your hands when you come out of the bathroom and then have to wash your hands again. Duh.!!! When you wash your hands you then touch the door handle to get out of the bathroom and then touch the door handle to get behind the counter. Of course you should wash your hands again!! How many germs and bacteria are on your hands when you touch those? Makes me wonder if he washes his hands again like he is supposed to and that is so unsanitary if he doesn’t!! They have messed up our order the last 2 out of 3 times and on the last trip in, they messed up our order 2 times!! They all talk so loud and use foul language and it starts with the manager, Chris. He let’s them do it and even does it himself!! When you tell them what is not right with your order, they look at you with a dumbfounded look on their faces like they don’t understand. They will remake it when it’s not right, but then the rest of your food gets cold while you are waiting for it to be right! I mean, all you have to do is read the order off your screen and make it like that. It’s really not hard. They have the most ridiculous and very inappropriate conversations and you can hear every word, because they are that loud!! Shame on them! We’ll go to the sanitary Chipotle across the street and a different Taco Bell from now on! Look at the other reviews from this location repeatedly not getting orders right!! They also do smoke outside the door. We have seen them when we are there and can see them doing it when we sit across the street at Chipotle, because we sit by the window overlooking 291and Taco Bell. So gross!!

Worst Taco Bell ever. Went to drive thru, no one behind me, asked for a minute to look at the menu. Not even a full minute later they rudely asked if I needed help. Decided to go inside so I wasn’t wasting their time. They met me inside and rudely told me to order at the kiosk. They sat and argued with me about ordering at the kiosk. Chick was rude the whole time. Won’t go back.

If I could add a zero star I could, first the drive thru lady tried to tell the car in front of us they were closed, but they weren’t , (they did have the store lights off like they were though and so was the order menu screen , so they ended up ordered. When it was my turn I didn’t even get a hi, can you wait one moment, I was in silence for 2 minutes before anyone came thru. I went to order, and she rudely said the grill was closed, okay fine. I’ll need a few more moments to decide so I asked if something was online exclusive it wasn’t, I ordered my food, she didn’t read the order back to me, and when I went to the window, she was even more rude because when I told her nicely, that they were the wrong size , and wrong drinks, (I saw her push the drink option. So she slammed the drive thru window in my face and then I could hear her, cussing me out and calling me names, I asked for a receipt so I could get her name, but she didn’t give it to me. Also when I got there , I also noticed the grill thing was on, and they were making their own food, or someone else’s. And when I got home (I live 3 minutes away) the chulapos my friend and I were rock hard and cold, and both of our beefy 5 layers had no meat in it, and it was just the greasy part. Maybe if your employees are going to try to close the store early get better, employees .

Great, cheap food. They recently renovated so it looks awesome inside and out. Dining room and bathrooms are very clean and maintained.

Employees made the food very quickly so everything came out hot, which was a plus! They even came out to check on us mid way through the meal.

This is definitely one of my top locations to go to.

There was a guy standing at the register to greet us and ask us how our day is going and also inform us we need to order at the kiosk, and then stare at us the whole time we ordered while doing nothing at all. Heard the manager have a full on crashout about what was missing from truck and then go smoke a cigarette by the door with another employee so every time it opened their smoke blew inside. No manual locks on the bathroom doors and the pin pad was dead as a doornail. My Double Decker was supposed to be a Supreme and when I said so they just took my OPEN taco back to the line and fixed it. Probably a health code violation. Pretty standard for this location, finally writing a review about it. There were two customers in the whole place, both called Mike, both of whom were directed to use the kiosk, so rather than try to figure out the confusion the store worker just kept screaming Mike at the lobby.

Have been there a hundred times, order on the app and no big deal, sat my name and they give me my food. Usually correct.. wife usually picks it up no problem. Today they were suspicious of her and tried making her prove her order. Had her sitting in line while I was at home with our 3 babies and didnt have my phone. While our infant was screaming in the backseat of the car while they made her wait. Very odd and will be choosing a different location from now on.
