I ordered two 9$ craving boxes with cheese bean and rice just to get one with a 5 layer burrito and then the other one had crunchy strips on it so neither one was made correctly and then the chips were unsalted. So I did what anybody would do and I called the store, asked to speak with a manager and I don’t know if it was the actual manager but she was rude and snarky and said “ well I personally put those items in the bag so I know it was made right” insinuating that it’s my fault the order is wrong. Definitely won’t be coming back here goin to stick with the cape Taco Bell yes it may take a little longer but the orders are made right and employees seem more friendly

Easily the worst Taco Bell in the world tonight I sat and waited 35 minutes for four tacos that I had placed an order on the app when I got there I gave them my name, but they didn’t check me in so after waiting for 25 minutes I asked them why the app was still giving me the option to cancel my order And then they checked me in and took another 10 minutes to make my food. What a joke.

I’m pretty sure the worker was the only worker, she was answering the phone, taking care of the window and went to the back to make my quesadilla.
The quesadilla probably had 3 tiny pieces of chicken, not much cheese and I threw most of it away because it was just tortilla. The beefy been burrito had no beef in it and it was all sauce, it went everywhere after taking one bite. The Doritos logos Taco was cold and super broken.

This Taco Bell used to be the spot to go to but now I would rather eat dirt. I keep giving them a chance over and over and yet they continue to disappoint. Staff is extremely rude and unprofessional. Food is never made correct. They barely give you the correct portions of meat or anything else. Just so many different things over time. I have not had a good experience there in at least the last year. It sucks to say but I will no longer go to this Taco Bell. I will go to the one on Williams St in Cape before going here again! Just do better Taco Bell!

Enjoyed our dinner. The service was great. We got a real person at the counter who was very nice and who was happy to have us there. I will be going back. ** Unlike our visit to Taco Bell in Cape Girardeau yesterday. We were told to use the self-serve order screen by not one, but two employees who were standing in front of a cash register. I asked to deal with a live person to take our order and was told to use the kiosk. I told the male employee, “No, thank you, we’ll go someplace else.” Seemed as if he could care less. And we left, NEVER TO RETURN.

Not going back!! Always try to give them the benefit.of the doubt because I like taco Bell food so much but this last visit did me in. Never going back to the Jackson location!! Always a long wait at the drive thru whether they are busy or not. Paid $15 for 12 tacos, prices keep going up and the quality keeps going down, there was so much lettuce on my tacos I couldn’t taste cheese or meat, couldn’t even hardly see the meat thru the lettuce. This was the worst ever. There was literally a man’s handful of lettuce on every taco and MAYBE half a tablespoon of meat and MAYBE a teaspoon of cheese.

I got 2, 5 layer burritos no sour cream. well there was sour cream all in it, i come back to get them fixed. and that seems to be a problem for the workers, they have to call over their manager who does not need to talk to customers like an employee. No one needs talked to like that from someone working at taco bell. DO BETTER
