Wow! This location has improved drastically! Fresh and delicious. Not overcooked. Plenty of sauce (a complaint from before).
The staff was so friendly and checked up on us. Brought the food to the table in real bowls and silverware (most still use the throw aways)

Food was mediocre I’ve had better but it’s still pretty good for what it is. Now for the people. I kindly was told my a smaller lady that they were out of steak and only had chicken as an option so I said yes but is there any down charge so she grabbed her manager. He then came with an attitude which I never gave one before and gave me two options but any time I tried to ask him questions to reassure myself of what he meant he said no then said the exact thing I did in a different tone. When I got my food he shoved it into my hand and slammed the door. I was never mean or upset about not getting a couple cents off but this guy clearly could argue it. Not friendly I’d say.

It’s been awhile since I eaten here. Looks like the quality has gone down a little. You are served with plastic cheap looking bowls instead of dishes like before. For fast food I guess it’s better than McDonald’s and those places. But they attempt to make it look like a nice dine in place but serve you on cheap stuff. Looks tacky.
Food is a little bland these days with not much seasoning and a little pricey. If you’re going to spend money on noodles, might as well go to a nicer place with better quality food. Overall it’s an OK place to fill your stomach but not a place I enjoy anymore.

If Noodles and company is a fast food place that makes noodles they get 4 stars. If they are trying to be something more they deserve 3 stars. The dishes were good, the place was clean, the service was a fail. We were the only people in line and ther was zero sense of urgency to take our order. It’s like we showed up during break but the staff was taking the break while watching us wait to order. I would try another location and would expect better service.
