I really like their food, however you will NEVER get what your ordered. NEVER! I cannot think of a time I have ever gotten my entire order correct or not missing half of my food. I go here often as it’s close by. ALWAYS missing food or incorrectly made, but it’s good in my opinion.

Pulled up Friday afternoon to grab food before heading out of town. All of the cooks were out back smoking which caused delay with our order. We chose three different drinks that they were out of. Didn’t say anything about being out of the drinks until we got to the window.
The buns on the sandwiches were rock hard. Fries had no seasoning. Needless to say, we won’t be back.

The food was good. They don’t have pennies anymore, so they keep the extra change. Dad tried getting a to go order and they were going to short him three cents. They only gave me a penny in change. The manager decided to give Dad his money back and not proceed with his order.

Everything about Burger King is disgusting and all the workers are unhygienic. Almost as if they’re hiring the workers off the street and putting them in aprons and hats. It’s truly disappointing to see what the world has come to today in the food economy. I tried to order on the phone and the lady started yelling into The call and started to cuss me and my daughter out when we didn’t even get a chance to order she threatened to call the police on my number and I fear she may be impaired. The best part of the meal was the drinks. Onion rings were old, mozzarella sticks had to of been sitting as they also tasted bad. Poppers were not terrible but have had much better. I had a spicy chicken sandwich, nothing what I was expecting. The chicken was smaller than the bun and thin as hell. There was no salt on the fries. Just overall worse burger King we’ve ever been to.

So me and my family came here to eat it’s 8:31 pm we walk in there was a few customers in there just for a guy manager or who ever he is said very rudely that the night manger bailed on them so he had to come in and close the store . When. I call the front door was not locked closes to the drive thru side . When I called the lady who answered the phone was very rude also . there was a guy mopping the lobby so there was 3 people in the store worker wise so I don’t understand why close the manger and 2 employees there are causing this location to lose money it’s a Friday night and at 830 at night oh btw when looking up the location it says your open till midnight . I will be contacting the corporate offices Monday this is really unacceptable

Every time I go through the drive thru, I always hope that Ellen is working! She is the sweetest woman, ever! She is always so happy and full of smiles! She’s such a joy to talk to! I truly look forward to seeing her! She makes you feel like she’s known you forever! She’s the absolute best!

Drive thru as ridiculously slow. Ordered a whopper with cheese no tomato no onion and got a double whopper with ketchup only no cheese with grease coming through the wrapper. Wasted almost 20 minutes in the drive thru. too much grease for me to even eat it. Drove to Wendy’s and ordered a much better burger there. Corporate offered a refund which was nice of them. Will never go back to this particular store.
UPDATE: Corporate did NOT follow through on the refund. Don’t give these people your money!
