Reviews
What makes this location even worse is the complete lack of hygiene. The bathrooms are absolutely disgusting. They reek of urine and the moment you walk in and it is clear they are not cleaned regularly if at all. The smell alone is enough to make you lose your appetite and the unkempt conditions make you question whether the same standards or lack of them are present in the kitchen.
For a national chain this level of service and cleanliness is unacceptable. Taco Bell should really be embarrassed to let this location represent their brand. Until major improvements are made in both staff training and sanitation I would strongly recommend avoiding this place.
I waited more than 40 minutes to pick up my friends food and they didn’t even have the order in the system when I got there, whoever is managing this location needs to be fired as soon as possible.
Or close this place down and release the workers from their suffering
We counted 25 “F” words screamed from employees in a 20 min span loud enough to hear from across the store with the one other family in the building having a 4 & 6 yr old.
Multiple Female employees with largebig hair on the line making food with no hats or hair tied back. We had hair in our food.
Missing Multiple items from order. Ordered Chalupa that was not even cooked, was just the flatbread. Empanada could have been used as a hockey puck! Burritos that were ordered were half the size they should have been and missing indgredients because employees were not using proper portioning scoops.
As employees were bagging our order they put the 2 boxes of the nachos on the bottom of the bag and then proceeded to put 7 burritosTacos on top of them. I advised them to put the nachos in a separate bag so the nachos were NOT stuck to the top of the box by the time we got home! Employee told me that is how we are suppose to bag items with the boxes on the bottom and I as the customer need to request special bagging procedures. Common Senselogic says dont put all that weight on top of a flimsy box, but what do we expect for $16-17 a hour!
I know good employees with a decent work ethic are hard to find these days, but when there are NO leaders at this store to train and hold employees accountable for their actions, the house of cards will fall!!
My wife and I worked at Taco Bell on Mid Rivers in the late 90s early 2000s during high school making $7.50 an hour. We had a great General ManagerAssistant store manager that would not put up with this stuff! Our daily order times in drive thru and dining room were under 2-4mins even during busy lunch and dinner rushes and the store was immaculately clean as well! Her motto was “If you have time to lean, you have time to clean!!” and because she knew how to run a restaurant properly we had a great crew that enjoyed coming to work!
