After a few years, you forget why you stopped eating somewhere. I love a deli sandwich, so I tried McAllister’s again. The line moved super slowly, but finally ordered. Sat down at a booth where someone had spilled something, so that was gross. Finally got my club sandwich that I asked for no honey mustard, and of course it had honey mustard. I nicely asked a lady if they could fix it and It came back pretty quickly. I took a look and it was clear they just wiped the meat off (with what?) and stuck some new bread on it. No thanks, I won’t be back.

Totally disappointed the last time my husband and I dined ín at McAlister’s in Alcola/Bryant, AR. Hub’s order of chili tasted awful, My chicken club sandwich was small and the bacon was tough and tasted fake. The so called fresh fruit was nasty tasting! We ordered, 2 teas, 1 chicken club sandwich, (4 cheese) grilled cheese sandwich they make with buns, a small paper bowl of chili and 1 small fruit bowl for $38.00! We will not be going back!

Service and front staff are very nice, however a to-go order for a veggie sandwich and potato salad should not take over 20 mins (w/o proper warning). Something must be wrong in this kitchen! Orders can get backed up which is understandable but than to order “no onions” and it is clearly labeled on the sticker/wrapper- to open it and it is COVERED in red onion. 🙁 No turning back now or waiting for a re-make, we just won’t be back again.

We stopped in here last Sunday on our way to Dallas. I just love McAllister’s Deli anyways, but this particular one was very nice, and the staff was super friendly. We had someone checking to make sure we had plenty of tea to drink, and the food was excellent.

Normally a line to get in, but not today. Plenty of seats and well worth the wait. Great people’s serving your food with smiles. This may be the best store in Central Arkansas. Here’s hoping they don’t run out of Max Spuds on our next trip.

I ordered online for pickup. Ordered a king club which is basically a double Decker club sandwich. So bread, meat, cheese, bacon, tomato, lettuce. Then bread, meat, cheese, bacon, tomato, lettuce, bread. My sandwich looked like somebody smashed their finger into the top of every piece of bread. And the second layer was 2 dime size pieces of meat with no cheese, tomato bacon etc.. This is the most ridiculous sandwich I’ve ever seen. Every order time my order is great. But I can’t believe somebody would send this out the door. Every section of sandwich is missing most of the second section of sandwich. Just look how much they put on the top section of the sandwich in the picture. I wouldn’t send this out the door to somebody and not be embarrassed by it. I’m completely at a loss here why you would give anybody something that looks like this. The picture showing the two tiny triangles if meat is supposed to be the same as the bottom layer. Which I included in the last picture. Instead it is literally the two smallest pieces of meat they could possibly put on the sandwich. They are usually a great place to order but tonight may make me not go back.

This was NOT a good experience. My food was prepared incorrectly(asked for wheat bread, sandwich was on white bread) and when it arrived the sandwich was presented to me on a DIRTY PLATE WITH A DIRTY FORK. I do not need a fork to eat a sandwich. If visiting this McAlister’s, it is probably safer and CLEANER to get your meal in a to go container than to eat at the restaurant with the plates and utensils provided.

It was very busy when we walked in, which should make people worry a little bit about service. Nothing to worry about here though, we ordered quickly, our food arrived quickly, and the employees were extremely friendly and helpful.
