Waited to be acknowledged while person kept taking drive thru orders. 6 employees, 2 of which stayed busy scraping a small pan. Really?? Food was hot thank goodness, lots of syrups out in drink machine. Tables were dirty.

Stopped by for a quick bite. Clean, bright and spacious place. Courteous, friendly customer service by a red haired gentleman. Didn’t get his name(wish we did). He patiently explained the differences between items and made recommendations. The mini burgers were so yummy that we went for second order & even take out! Plenty of parking spaces in the parking lot.

I just ordered 3 sliders and fries. There was only 3 workers there and got hit with 3 30 packs and other orders on top of it. What I notice was not one of them 3 workers was getting upset, mad, or angry they kept pushing. Great work guys

White Castle used to be fantastic and now it has incredibly skinny French fries and the pickles are non existent. The chicken rings are hard and cold. Completely not worth it. Maybe it is just this location though. Will never go back to the 4010 Williams Dr, Cincinnati, OH 45255 location again.

I go at least once a month to White Castle. This particular store has never screwed up my order. That’s right never. Food is always perfect. Employees are fast and friendly. This store is also much cleaner then most.
