I ordered a 5 layer with easy beans, extra meat, extra cheese sauce, extra sour cream. What I got was half all meat, half all bean, barely any cheese sauce & tiny dollop of sour cream on the end. See pics for miniscule amount when I PAID extra to get extra!!

Chalupa was rock hard stale. Catina tacos were falling apart. Never got the avocado ranch for those tacos either. Had my cheese for the chips and cheese but no chips. Above all, this the line for the drive through took at least 25 minutes while the line was only backed to the speaker. Would have had a better time eating the cash I spent than the food.

Staff was talking to much. No one told us our food was ready and they were not paying attention and preparing a second freeze… Why? Lack of actual work related communication between staff.
Ps. If you take a name for the order, shouldn’t it be on the recipt and then the name called out when it’s ready? Expecially if there is more than one group of people. But regardless, should still atleast try to say, “here you go, have a nice day!”

I have been living in St Louis area for about 20 years now living in Maryland Heights but now in Chesterfield. This Taco Bell has been our go to place with confidence where we ask them to replace meat with beans most places screw it up but this location has always on top of what they do. We drove alll the way from Chesterfield to here yesterday and had the same best service as we normally get. We treat it like eat at a big restaurant not just fast food since my elder daughter likes Taco Bell so much I wish nacho fries come back sooner. Wish the people working there and the management all the very best and keep being best at what you do. Thanks!

Look, I understand this is a fast food place and don’t get me wrong the service is fast, but the past several times my order has either been wrong or it looks like they used the food as a punching bag before pouring it in a box and sending it out. Used to love coming to this place for an evening snack. Went there in the evening recently and was told that it would be another 30 minutes before they could take my order (twice) after waiting for 30 minutes already. Very slow drive through. They take one order at a time. Employees dont seem to care at all how long it takes.

This particular Taco Bell unlike some others is my favorite. Everyone seems to like their job and it shows. Online orders are ready for pickup when you arrive. Other Taco Bells wait for us to come before they start. The tables are even wiped down. A+ to the crew.

TLDR: Waited 35 min for 2 small items that were old, called and came back, got more food than i asked for and all of it was wrong.
I’m new to the area but I’ve been to this Taco Bell before and it’s been fine in the past. Tonight was extra busy, but it looks like they had a lot of people working. Two people on each side and grill a manager walking around sometimes, but not all the time Not helping but with a phone in her hand and one or two people in drive-through. I enter the parking lot and place my order in the app at 7 PM. Waiting inside there are a lot of other people just waiting. They all look really bored and kind of frustrated. Just staring at the counter. the employee who does bring food up to the to go bench doesn’t call out the name except he does call at one, but then no one else’s. So every time all the people in the lobby of which there are about 8 to 10 at any given time to come up and check the bag to see if it’s their name. People are starting to talk about this as it’s taking so long. There’s nothing else to do. An employee comes back from the bathroom and doesn’t wash their hands before putting on gloves and starting to help. The manager walks around with her phone disappears and has never seen again. A few extra people join the grill team to help but no food is really coming out. Finally two or three people get their orders all about five minutes apart. Somebody in the back can be heard saying don’t take the drive-through order until I tell you. at 7:35. A bag goes up and i go read my name. I get out into the car and immediately the first bite out of my cheesy bean and rice burrito and I’m crunching on hard rice. hurts my teeth so I called the store and the guy said you can come back and get that remade. I say hey man I’m not sure I want to the drive-through has like eight cars in it and I just waited 30 minutes for my food. He says we will make it right away. Just come up to the counter. so I come into the counter and the employee has been putting the bags up there ignores me. Finally, the guy on the other side of the grill makes eye contact with me and comes over because he sees the burrito in my hand. He says he will remake it. I say thank you. I wait for a few minutes and he gives me a bag. immediately the bag feels super heavy like either. There’s more than one item or they made a huge burrito. I get out to my car and there are two burritos. They are both cheesy bean and rice or attempts at them. One is super skinny and doesn’t have nearly enough in it and it’s mostly beans and rice and only a tiny bit of one of the sauces. the other is absolutely massive, with about 85% beans. the first three bites I just spit out because it was all bean. I kept biting to see if there was anything else and finally I tore the whole thing open. A bunch of the sauce and the rice was in the other end all bean in one end and absolutely no cheese sauce. so I called the store and said no thanks on the remake. I’m just gonna leave a google review. I received the second order at about 7:50 PM. 50 minutes after I entered the parking lot. The pic shown is of the second big one with all bean in one end.
