Ordered 2 beef crunchy and 2 beef soft taco supreme and received regular tacos for all four. No tomatoes no sour cream.
Plus they were made with just a “dusting” of cheese. Had I checked the bag before leaving(which i will do in the future) I would have asked for a refund.

I was told in the drive thru to come inside and order, cool. After ordering through the kiosk, I waited 20 minutes for my tacos while watching others come and go with grubhub orders, also cool. But when they finally called my name, I received a bag of cold, crushed up tacos with no apology or explanation whatsoever. We will never be back to this chain.
UPDATE: my husband went back to try and replace the tacos, and the employees literally followed him outside flipping him off and trying to kick his car.

Would rate a zero if I could. First, I was told all they have is steak, so, I subbed meats for steak. Was charged for steak, and still received beef and chicken. Plus, the piece of plastic in my taco found half way through was disgusting. Will not be returning.

It was 12:49 pm when we came but my order was short and simple, two soft beef tacos and one steak grilled cheese burrito. Upon arrival we sat at the speaker waiting for someone to answer mind you there was nobody else in the line. We had to say “hello” multiple times just for a man to get on the speaker and say inaudible, so we proceeded to say “hey I’m ready, are you ready for me.” The guy says “one moment” after a moment he comes back and takes the order. The grilled cheese burrito was ground beef and one of the soft tacos had sour cream in it. So literally only one item was correct. All these bad reviews I think they need to shut down temporarily and hire a different staff. 0 out of 10, would never recommend.

Well havent gotten my food yet. Placed my order at 9:57pm. My dasher is trying to figure out what’s going on. So I call the store and the lady that answered the phone wasnt nice. I was trying to ask the status of my order after they had removed one of my items. Its a Mexican pizza and cinnamon twist. I was mid sentence and she hung up because she didnt want to help.

Its No stars from me Went to Taco Bell on Bayless at about 6:30 pm in drive through ordered food and one item was cinnamon twist …I HAVE NEVER TASTED CINNAMON TWIST THAT TASTE LIKE CHEMICALS WE HAD TO SPIT IT OUT..I always get these I’ve never tasted chemicals then when I called the worker said oh we don’t make cinnamon twist with chemicals…like no duhhh why do the twist taste like bug spray or air freshener it was very strong in taste like this is ridiculous the attitude I got I called to save any other customers from eating the contaminated food …they seem not to care at all the lady said oh maybe it was old grease we have to change it…I said old grease won’t taste like chemicals. she says maybe some one was cooking them and had perfume on…like what does wearing perfume have to do with food tasting like chemicals.I’m very upset at the attitude and I hope we don’t die from whatever was on that cinnamon twist honestly I’m pissed I think they went rancid I even heard a lady who first picked up said this lady on phone said the twist taste like they did the other day we have to take them off that shelf ..but she gets on phone and act like I’m crazy or making stuff up …now I’m going further with this I only wanted to notify them to not sell anymore for the night but nooooo she had to be unprofessional so now I’m taking these to a lab to be tested and I already contacted cooperate and I’m waiting on my lawyer to email me back but yes this place is a no go oh yeah there are bags of clothes on side of drive through like someone camps out there and the drive through window has wood you can’t see anything inside.never going back . The Taco Bell on Watson rd up the road taste way better and they actually make stuff right and not contaminated.

I keep trying to give this location a chance. Every time it’s a total let down. Just ordered a group meal that feeds 4 tonight and I get home to find they forgot my nachos, hardly any meat on the chicken quasadia, crunch wrap and tacos. The manager was cursing and other staff members just sitting in the back office not doing anything. I waited 20 minutes for my food and I’m not happy. They need to close this location because no one there cares about their jobs. But they want $20 an hour. Make that make sense. Fast food has gone to shit. Maybe they need to offer classes at college’s to teach them how to do their jobs. Such a disgrace. You people make me sick.

I’m not sure how this place is still in business if their food is always this quality. The tacos were soggy, the cheese was cold, and the shells were slightly stale. The “new” chicken nuggets were very small, mostly breading, and dry. The baha blast was the only good thing. We ordered for 5 people and the entire order was low quality unfortunately.
Very disappointed. 1/10 recommended.

Malicious compliance at full swing here. I had easy modifications. Something grilled, add red cabbage, easy beef, etc. Nothing complicated by any means. Of 9 items, including the drink, 8 were either missing ingredients or not prepared correctly. This was during dinner hours 24 Sept 2025. The taco bells in the area do not pay their workers enough, and they take it out on the customers. A customer before me came back in to fix their order as I was leaving, which I should have taken as a sign. I got home to open a soggy black bean grilled cheese burrito that was not grilled, with less than 12 whole beans in the burrito. They put extra beef in my wife’s taco, when she wanted easy beef. Three shreds of cabbage total between the three items we paid extra for it. An extra taco was in the bag, but it only had toppings on it, no protein. If you value your time, go further away from St. Louis city to order taco bell. I can’t say this one is the worst, but it definitely perpetuates the stereotype.

Order was placed inside at a kiosk. Who manages this business? I’m sure you’re too embarrassed to post. Terrible service, terrible attitude, terrible work ethics. Hair nets should be worn here with all the wigs/dreads that are being thrown around. Ban employee cell phones while on duty. Manager and/or Assistant Manager needs to be present for EVERY shift to babysit the non professional employees at all times. Window workers can barely speak clearly, never smile, and don’t bother to thank you. Must ASK for napkins/ sauces/ plastic ware as they are never offered. Food is sloppy when prepared and received.
If the employees showed as much enthusiasm in providing good service as they are talking about their personal situations where customers can hear them would be a miracle. I encourage everyone to post further reviews so this place can either get cleaned up or close down. The public shouldn’t have to deal with a place like this and continue to see no changes have been made immediately. If they are losing money monthly they should know why
