The only reason I rated it three stars is because the fries are good and the atmosphere is OK but most of the food is kind of crummy. It’s mostly dry and can be kind of soggy and cold. I would recommend just driving a little bit more and spending a tiny bit more money on Wendy’s.

It was a quick dinner and stretch of the legs. We attempted to use the kiosk. I wanted the number 7 meal. But we couldn’t find it. Luckily the young man helped us at the counter. The staff was very friendly and helpful. This is one MacDonald we would go back to.

I honestly have never left a bad review because im typically understanding but we waited over 30 minutes for 2 fries and a few value sandwiches, and than the lady had the audacity to be rude when we just asked about the food, because we weren’t sure if it was just forgotten. I get being understaffed but if they are struggling that much maybe they should just close the restaurant for the night.

The server was rude. Corporate headquarters has a policy load providing a coach and bus driver a free meal when stopping with an athletic team. The MC Donalds in Epson NH refused to honor that Policy, until we requested to see the manager. Just turned me off.

The place was clean and the food was, well McDonald’s food. The only reason I’m doing 5 stars is because of this one worker, called everyone boss man, could make 2 McFlurrys in less than a minute and is a machine when it comes to making food. Never have i waited less than 5 minutes for my food until today. If the manager sees this review, look for a tanned man who is slim and tall with not that much hair on his head and give him a raise!!

The crew was extremely rude including the assistant manager Stephanie who followed me out the store pestering me to talk to her, I would have taken a moment but not when you have an attitude like that. You shouldn’t hold a management position you obviously need some training in that department.The food was cold, 3 nuggets hard as rocks stale. I would like for the owner of this location to reach out to me.
