You can tell whoever was on the drive-thru during this order that they’re being petty.

The food menu has gotten too expensive, it has tripled in price. The service was never that good and the food was never that great. The price justified eating there, somewhat. At this point you can take the same amount of money and go to a Mexican restaurant and have a way better experience, taste wise, service and bang for your buck. Don’t waste your time money or taste buds on this garbage, unless you’re going to get one of their drinks, they do have some good drinks.

Not to bad late at night and it’s the only place open but I live right across the street from this one and I got 2 soft tacos by the time I made it back home across the street the tacos were cold not warm at all. I dont know how that happens just keep some new meat out on deck or something so its fresh everytime.

Most times ive been here the service is so slow. Its about 50/50 when there is decent employees with decent attitudes, otherwise employees have terrible attitudes. Which usually is easy to ignore. Most the time orders are wrong but edible. But today was really bad and sadly this hasnt been the first occurrence, ordered a steak quesadilla, got a ground beef quesadilla? I instantly got nauseous, purely disgusting. I guess they were too lazy to make steak.
Im not one to complain often but this happeneds far too often. My family frequents this taco bell but i guess we will just have to start going to the other local taco bell.

Food was good, but service was slow. They were only taking one customer at a time at the window, and making others wait at the speaker until they were done with the car at the window. I swear, the service in this area is really going downhill! We left another fast food restaurant because they were slow, too!

My daughter and I stopped in the drive-thru around 12:30 and the line was so slow. There were two cars ahead of me and it took almost TEN MINUTES to take her order. Second car ahead of me had her order taken in less time, but still several minutes. Surprisingly it only took a minute to take my order, but jeeze. Maybe they were super busy, but ten minutes is too long regardless.

I had time to sign up for the app, check my email, and write this review while pulling up 3rd in line. Slow isn’t close to describing the service here. These owners should be ashamed. I give a 1 star for service because of speed and skimpy tacos but the drive through folks are always kind. Also why do the hard taco shells smell like mop water. Disgusting

Food was good but service could be better! Food was supposed to be ready and when I got there I waited for 11 mins and nobody said a word to me. Then finally got food, got to my car and was missing items. Had to go back in and explain that I was missing stuff. Waited 10 more minutes for them to make it. They gave me two coupons for a free taco.
