I purposely picked pick up inside. If I had a way to cancel this order and never set foot in a Taco Bell again I would. If I wanted to wait in a drive thru line I would have ordered at the drive thru. Instead I got to sit at the speaker while she check something. Then when I got to the window I had to wait again. My tacos will be soggy because there are at least 7 cars in front of me. If picking up a order INSIDE IS NOT A OPTION THEN IT SHOULDN’T BE AN OPTION!! I won’t eat Taco Bell again. I could spend $10 on a meal at a sit down Mexican restaurant!! Your app saved me nothing for wait time nor was it convenient. I’m still sitting here at the window waiting. Then you can’t even complain on line without giving them all of your personal information. Now I know better. App deleted.

If only we could give zero stars as a rating. Multiple times I’ve been her to be told they are not accepting in person or drive through orders only the mobile app or door dash. I’ve heard from friends and family that they’ve have the same experience. When I asked why o was met with silence, no explanation. AND the attitude from the workers! Whew no wonder they seem to have less business than the Burger King across the street. It’s a shame that this is what Taco Bell allows to represent their name.

This used to be a good location. I’ve periodically eaten lunch here for many years. For the past year our so service has been very slow. For example, today I was second in line for the drive through. After over 10 minutes of waiting, the car on front of me still hasn’t been able to order. When i got it off line and drive past the window, there was no one there. I drive down the street to another restaurant and had my food in 5 minutes. I’ve had leave the line due to ridiculously long wait times on several occasions. I doubt I will return to this location.

1st went to TacoBell on lindbergh. No breakfast (night crew didn’t do something). This one I used inside self order and then at counter waited about 2 minutes before seeing a person. They didn’t include the sauces i added to my order or mention them. Drove to the drive-through and waited for a couple of minutes before giving up (no communication) went to window and person inside (not at window) motioned for me to come inside. Went inside and asked for my sauces, and a person pointed to a table (not in sight of the counter) where they were. While leaving, I saw another car waiting at drive-through.

Went in to get a taco for lunch on my trip. Was completely ignored in the drive through. Went in to order. Got my food but not my coffee. When I asked they said their coffee machine was down. Which is fine but when I asked for a refund, again completely ignored. Hope yall do better.

I visit this location once or twice a week and they forget at least one item (but normally more) per visit. It’s the convenience of picking something up on my way home other than McDonald’s that keeps me coming back. They are terrible with Uber drivers as well as “only accepting cash” after 9pm most nights. I hope they get new management soon because I hate this location. Food is great but everything else about my visits have been horrible for the last 8+ months. They used to be slow but it was fine because everything was hot and my orders were accurately met, now I’m always missing food and upset for having to waste my time and gas to go back or just not get the food I paid for.

Went thru drive thru to get daughter a nacho bell grande combo meal. The line didn’t take too long, the employee who took our order was quick and courteous, and the lady who was at the drive-thru window was polite, thorough, and friendly. My daughter’s order was made perfect and nothing was missing. She said the food was delicious and the soda was perfect. We also were not asked to pull ahead. Instead, they were able to deliver the food and beverage at the window. We will be back.
