Tried going through the drive thru at 9 p.m. and literally had to wait 10 minutes for them to take my order. Unless there was an emergency this is unacceptable and I do not plan to return to this location.

Updating my rating. This place used to be decent. Lately, it’s more of a joke than anything else. They close hours early with 0 warning or notice, and when you can catch them still open, they will mess up your order 100% of the time. They also seem to make it a personal goal to never put the sauce you request in your bag. Go to East Alton or Bethalto location instead. They both have better service and better food. This place needs new management and employees badly.

This was the absolute most fresh taco bell I have ever gotten. Not only was all of my food hot it was prepared well. I got a quesadilla meal and the sauce wasn’t pouring everywhere and my taco was very well prepared. Love this location.

It’s really hit or miss with this place anymore. Some nights the tacos are bomb and filled full with meat lettuce and cheese, and other nights there’s barely enough meat to be noticable and the food just sucks. Cinnamon twists are often stale and they NEVER put the sauce that you request in the bag which makes me wonder why they even bother asking you what sauce you want while taking your order. They are also often out of Baja Blast and close earlier than they are supposed to. Don’t waste your time or money.

Horrible. Maybe 5 people in the store and a full drive thru. Numerous people drove off because “Hannah” said give me a couple mins were short handed. So I stuck around.. ordered. And of course was given the wrong food. Yes. My fault for not checking before I left but 25 mins waiting is ridiculous when there’s only 5 customers.
