Nho kitchen has really good pho. Their bun hue and bun reu are also really good too. Our other favorite dishes here the spring rolls, egg rolls, and the short ribs rice plate but there has been a few times we the short ribs were really burnt. The pieces and number of ribs are not consistent. Sometimes the ribs have a lot of meat and not too burnt, the last time we got our order very late and there were only 5 big pieces with meat and only 4 were edible the edges were burnt and one piece was completely burnt. We told one of the workers and he just said sorry, no compensation, we genuinely like the food and will continue to support them, just an honest review in hopes the owners will see so they are aware the food is not consistent.

Please be aware of the lime and basil plate that was handed to us.
I come here all the time, and this is the first time this has happened. I understand that some restaurants may try to save money by reusing limes and basil, but serving this to a customer is unacceptable.
The lime looked like this when it arrived at our table. This is unacceptable.
It is safe to say that I will not be returning anytime soon.
I also don’t know if anyone has had a chance to try their tom yum noodle soup yet, because when I tried to order it today, the server told me that the dish is not ready to be served yet, even though it is listed on the menu.

Ordered combination pho. It had deep flavor and the broth was clear.
The vegetables – fresh, can ask for more if you’d like more.
The meats – taste fresh and portions are appreciated.
The broth – Mostly consistent with the same flavor. Once in a while, a little more salty but manageable.
Overall – Complex deep flavors, fast service but mention everything at once because they get busy.

I ordered smashed avocado, but it wasn’t smashed at all — the avocado came in large chunks and wasn’t mixed properly. Some pieces had dark spots and a slightly off smell, which makes me think it wasn’t fresh. Disappointing experience.

My wife and I both got Pho. She ordered the one with the beef rib and I got the oxtail. We also shared the eggrolls. Food was ok, broth was on the sweeter side. Service was ok. We felt like they were a bit stingy with the herbs because we barely got any. Would I come back/ recommend this place? No. Pretty pricey also.

I usually have no problem here but today I ordered the house special pho. The broth was COLD. not even warm. How does that even happen??? It was Not hot enough to cook the meat. Even though I emphasized and made clear I have no way to heat up the soup and I’d be eating in the car. I was given a hard time during the interaction as well. I’m very upset and wasted my money for cold pho. Not even hungry anymore. I’m never coming back.

A friend of mine referred me to this place saying that’s really good. Then I started ordering.Pho here like 3 times a week . And each time I asked for Thai chillies then this place starts charging me $.10 for each Thai chili. I’m spending over $40 $45 a week from here. And it seems that they have a problem with me requesting for those chilies so they start charging me for it, which I’ve never heard of. And I was asking people about being charged for that, and they said they have never heard of that and how ridiculous that sounded. So I started going back to where I was ordering my Pho which is at Pho Paradise, right around the corner. The customer service is awesome, the Pho is One of the best, The people there is very genuine. And if you’re a regular, they will accommodate you. And you can ask for as many Thai chillies as you want with no charge lol. You guys should check it out. And they are better than here and you get a really good portion for the price you pay.The rare beef at Pho Paradise are also better here. They use the round eye beef which is one of those top graded beef and what you’re supposed to use for pho but at at Nho Kitchen the rare steak beef is very low grade. Everyone knows this which tells me that they don’t care what they serve their customers. Sadly, it’s all about the making money. And that’s Business and that’s understandable, but if you’re gonna open a restaurant and serve your food, Then you should serve the best. People don’t mind paying extra for the best and to get overcharge people for low graded meat. Not good.
In response to the owners of Nho Kitchen. First of all, I do have family members that own businesses, And they are million dollar businesses that can buy out your business. Oh I don’t stop coming here a long time ago. These negative comments are not only on here. You guys still have a lot of negative comments on yelp also. It’s not about referring to another business. It’s not about comparing meat. It’s about customer service. It’s about the quality of what you’re serving out. When a business owner first opened a business, they put out the best, and people hold you that standard because they expect the best. As time goes on, your business makes a lot of money. Therefore, you tend to slack off and you don’t care about the customer or the quality of the food you serve because you’re getting so many people in. And that’s your problem you don’t care about your customers and you don’t caring about what you serve anymore and that’s why you’re getting so much negative comments. Instead of reflecting on the comments people are putting on here. On how you can have better customer service and the quality of food or the waiting time, you guys become offensive . People don’t leave comments just to leave comments. People leave comments because they’re hoping that you’re gonna change some of the concerns they bring up. Instead of reflecting on how you can make changes to some of these concerns, you become offended and react. And this is why you’re business starts to lose a lot of customers.

We were looking for a good pho place now that the one in Fig Garden is closed. My oldest son suggested a place he had recently visited with his friends… and what a find!
The pho was excellent. I had the veggie and my sons had the sea food and chicken. Spectacular in the regular size bowl! Very generous portions and great flavor. We had the shrimp rolls which also were a very, very generous size and extremely crunchy and tasty with the peanut sauce for dipping. I enjoyed the natural water at the table but we also ordered the iced coffee which was delicious. This place is wonderful and the people running it make it that way! We will definitely return here!
