Went to the store just before 10 pm through drive through. They didn’t have no meat cook and the wait was 20 minutes. I went in with my service dog which is a puppy and still learning. The young girl employee told me that I can’t have my dog inside. She said that a service dog doesn’t behave the way my puppy was acting. I ask myself, is she an expert in dog training? I was offended and the crew was unpleasant and unprofessional. It was a shame because I love Taco Bell. I once had a store and my priorities were be kind and good to the customers. I’m calling Corporate.

It would’ve been better if the skag behind me in line wasn’t such a miserable, rotten, biznatch. In a restaurant that small, everyone suffers. What a waste of humanity. I hope Taco Bell banished her and her son from ever setting foot in any of their restaurants ever again. I tried to take her picture surreptitiously, but when I pointed my camera at her, the lens broke. She must’ve been one of Medusa’s sisters. When she left, I prayed to sweet little 9 lb 8 oz baby Jesus that she crapped and fell down in it. In spite of all that, the food was fine, reasonably priced and mostly prepared in a timely fashion. I would return, so long as I had some assurance that I would not encounter Skankzilla again.

Who ever they have running the drive thru is very unprofessional! ( Oct 3rd 2022) she must not know how to work the register and changing prices. charging more than the actual price! I asked her how much a chicken casadilla was. She said $6.57. When it’s less than $3.00. than I ordered 4 regular beef and bean burritos. And I got charged $17.60! Each bean burrito is $1.29. so tell me how she came up with that price??( Not including the quasadilla, I just asked for the price) I noticed the person ahead of me ordering and he was also over charged. They have careless teenagers running the restaurant with no care in the world.. They have unappropriate conversations and talk about the customers while they’re there. As well as ignoring the customer wheñ they mess up their orders. Even when you ask for fresh food they give you a look like ” since they make it. How do you know that they’re not spitting in your food? Time to fire the WHOLE staff and replace them with people that care about the customers and are friendly. Not ones that make you feel like you’re bothering them when you want to place an order and give an attitude.

Just over all not a good experience. The food was nuke warm and not fresh. We ordered a decent amount of food and they didn’t give us napkins, straws, or the sauce we asked for. The food was thrown into the bag, half open.

Tired and beat from a hard night work.. It was everyone else’s lunch time.. I went in and the lady took my order promptly and then walked backed and made it herself.. They was short staffed with only 3 employees.. She informed me of this as she apologized for any delay.. I thought it went smoothly and the food was good and made correctly.. Was awesome service for the circumstances they was in of being short..
