Just stopped by to try the new shredded beef taco and and it was the worst looking thing I’ve ever gotten from a fast food place. It was so poorly made that there was no way to even try and dip it into any sauce. My steak quesadilla combo was also made by someone who obviously didn’t care. Sad that I can only give 1 star and not less.

We ordered through the drive-thru and we were handed the wrong order. So I come back. They take the food. Never apologize. Another couple came inside to order and nobody was up front to help anybody. There were two managers and both of them you could just hear them cussing on the line and complaining about other crew members. Literally the worst service they couldn’t even get the order right. And have any sort of accountability for the things they did. And they were super rude

I’ve been coming to this taco bell for years. Tonight I’ve waited 30 mins for my food and when I got it, it didn’t taste good at all. My husband and I both didn’t eat our food because it was bad. All the workers had bas Attitude. The Manger didn’t even listen to my husband on what he ordered and even gave us the wrong drink….

Unfortunately this was definitely not worth it. I waited a solid 25 mins *at the window*. My order was three items off the value section of the menu. I’m patient but this was totally wild. No warning there’d be a wait and there were no updates the entire time.

The night crew is garbage, they are very slow because they are lazy, they are to busy talking to each other and not working, listening to loud music and having inappropriate conversations. Every chance they get someone’s going to their car to hit their marijuana pin. They are very rude and unprofessional. The wait at this taco bell with the crew they have is the worst by far. Because their talking, listening to music and not working while people wait.

9 people all waiting inside after ordering food.nobody came to the counter to ring anybody up..we apl had to order on the kiosksin rhe lobby…we were all being ignored as apparently the drive thru is more important . The only good part of the experience is I got to meet 8 complete strangers and have a full conversation before any of us got our food…big surprise order was wrong after waiting 20 minutes.. never again!

After I spread the food out… clumped up and sour cream at one bite of one side…. Barely chips in nacho belle grande… $40 of disappointing food… I work in food as well…. Not gonna choose to go there… we have choices make it good! Is what it is! And 4 people stood at window telling me food was correct n good… thanks a lot not again!

Dion was an amazing employee, friendly and professional. There is only one bathroom and it’s “gender neutral”. it was disgusting and unclean, but I also don’t appreciate sharing a bathroom with men. Who wants to stare at a nasty, unclean urinal, not me Will not be giving Taco Bell my business until they give women their bathroom back
