I want to preface this review that I love Taco Bell, to the point that I eat it almost weekly.
Every time I order delivery from this location something is missing from my order: maybe its the chips or maybe one burrito but always something (and its usually the chips of the chip & cheese: I still get the cheese cups).
I don’t know if this specific Taco Bell has an inability to read orders that are placed for delivery or maybe they don’t check their work before they tape shut the bag.
My wife really enjoys your chips and there are very few things that tear me up inside as much as watching the look of disappointment on her face when we tear open the bag only to discover 3 cups of cheese and absolutely no chips.
Please do better.

I go to this specific Taco Bell as it is the one who gets the order correct the most. It used to be super fast, too, but I think they stopped keeping plenty of people on staff. I usually end up with the same crew who are constantly rushing trying to make everything and get it all out to customers. They always apologize for it being slower and are super nice even with being grossly understaffed and overwhelmed. The one time they forgot something, I mentioned it and they quickly remedied the situation. The food is always good. So far my favorite Taco Bell to go to.

I ordered online it was horrible! Both Crunchwrap’s had pretty much no meat! The chicken quesadillas were sloppy and horrible! Stale chips. Soft tacos so so! I put the sauce I wanted when I placed order and got none! I use to like this location but looks like they don’t care what they serve!

This is a great location for Taco Bell. We have been coming to this location since I was a kid and we always are greeted with respect and kindness while going through the drive thru or if we are eating inside. They had some fun new items to try and the pellet taking our order were incredibly friendly and kind. The food was fresh and very delicious for Taco Bell! Will definitely come back to this location again

I heard others complaining that they ordered multiple of the same item but they were made different. I ordered chicken tacos without lettuce. Check the pics. Mmm. And a pinch of cheese.
But at least the staff was having a good time in the back yelling at each other.
Go somewhere else.

The person taking my order was very helpful and friendly, and they seemed to have people working in the back, but it took forever for my food to come out. It was in the lunch hour, so I understand they were pretty busy, but I have been spoiled by McDonalds, who get your food to you pretty fast. The food was ok, my taco fell apart completely before I could eat it, but it tasted good.

I was there on October 21st at 4:45 p.m. the lady at the drive-thru was very rude. After every item I ordered she would say is that it she didn’t even give me a chance to place an order because she kept interrupting me that is just rude and when I get done ordering I say geez how rude. I am now in the Drive-Thru with four cars ahead of me waiting for my order

I used to love their breakfast but now they cant get that right. 3rd time this happened and now I won’t return! Order your breakfast with bacon??? Better double check that because they will give you sausage everytime. I had to go in today because I was tired of it. Gave them back the bag and explained. They gave me a new bag with my bacon quesdilla but now didn’t replace or remove the hash brown from the other bag. So I paid for a full meal which was wrong and had it swapped out for the correct one only now missing half of the meal. Wow really didn’t get my $$$ worth. Won’t go back again. You shouldn’t either!

I just ate here and I must say this taco bell is definitely better than the one on the avenue. I came during lunch rush and although they were busy one of their team members did acknowledge my presence. Some of the lobby floors and tables were dirty that is kind of understandable they seemed short staffed. As for my order there was a minor mishap but the young man fixed it with no attitude and a smile. I gave the food 4 stars because those nuggets are bogus they don’t even look like the picture but everything was fresh.

Ordered a new item on the menu and did not receive what I order. It looks nothing like the photo shown and tastes horrible. Not worth the money what so ever. I’m not sure I was even given the right product at this point .
