I just went through drive-thru today after putting an order on the app. None of my customization I paid for were followed for my son stacker. When I called the person on the phone immediately thought that I was calling in response to another complaint for a woman not receiving all of her items. I Explain the situation and ask for a credit to be on file. I have an autistic son who’s already having a meltdown from not getting the dinner he’d like and now has to wait for me to prepare a different dinner. There is no way that I’m going to head back all the way to the restaurant again. But I do deserve a remake of this item. I spoke with a woman Shayla Williams I’m not too sure if that’s even her real name but she told me she could not give me a credit for when I came through drive-thru next time. Fed up by the constant issues at this restaurant I asked for the general manager’s number. She placed me on hold. I remained on hold for quite some time before finally hanging up. I’m assuming I was purposely left on hold. This is not the first time there has been an issue at this location. In fact This is not the fifth time there has been an incident at this location. The staff there are children who would rather run around and play instead of taking their job seriously. The only reason why I had to go and get Dinner from this location is because the better location is shut down for renovations. It is very simple to follow instructions however because they don’t take their job seriously it’s not a surprise that they don’t follow them. Another major issue with this location is that No matter if there’s no cars in front of you, you will sit Waiting in the drive-thru. There was one night I am not joking I waited in line for 20 minutes. The person behind me found a way to escape the line after 15. Do not go to this location.

While the food from this Taco Bell is often better than most, very warm when I get it, and tastes great, their line is one of the slowest I’ve ever been in. Tonight was the third time I’ve had to wait in line for 15 minutes or more, and their drive-thru is designed so you couldn’t get out of it if you wanted to. Unfortunately, their location is in a convenient place for me, or I would probably stop visiting it. Bring your appetite, but also your patience.

This taco bell was new, and clean and the staff were so friendly. It was nearly 11pm and the dining room was still open and clean and people eating. It was really nice. The service at the drive thru was excellent. Super friendly and quick. Everything was correct with the order. I had a crunch wrap and a cheese quesadilla and tried the new cheesy street chalupa. Everything was fresh and yummy!

Mildly disappointed. They really want you to use the app or kiosk to order versus paying cash with a clerk. The app wasn’t taking my credit card and you can’t pay cash at the kiosk.
I finally was able to order on the kiosk. The manager or owner took another customer at the counter despite I asked if I can just pay cash and I was struggling with the kiosk.
Finally Placed order on kiosk only for them to get part of the order wrong. So what was the point of ordering on the kiosk if they didn’t read yhe order right. I ordered an upgrade from medium to large drink and they gave us a medium. I ordered a freeze which they didn’t give me until I told them they owed it to me.
The food was so so. Thr big cheez it cracker in my crunchwrap was either half the size as shown because it only was in about 3 bites. Maybe they broke it in half I don’t know. They it wasn’t crunchy. So the big hype on the cheez it really isn’t justified. The crunchwrap was very thin and didn’t have much in it for $7.
I stopped going to Taco Bell a while ago and just returned because of the Cheez it wrap which was highly disappointing. I rate the location and food 3 stars at best.
Tables should have been cleaned.

We came through drive thru in the evening and the woman with glasses at window is very nice and polite which seems to be rare at most restaurants nowadays. The service was really good and we were glad to be at this location.

Food is good at this location. But the drive through is the slowest I’ve ever experienced. Be prepared for a long wait in the drive through during prime time dinner rush with no way to escape with the way it’s designed.

We came in tonight and our order was missing 2 items. I made the manager aware and she was so friendly and cheerful. She made one of the items herself (the other item was premade) and gave us 2 vouchers for free tacos. I’m giving this branch 5 stars because of the great customer service!

Terrible service! 15 mins for 2 tacos. 2 cars in front. This has been going on for years. Don’t know if corporate or franchise. Either way. New staff or better training
